Global prices have been estimated from similar-priced products. Boarding Patrol: Drukhari – Price Value & Savings Summary The Wych Cults of Comorragh, meanwhile, are masterful marauders, despatching raiding parties to hunt down prisoners for the fighting pits, victims to render into gruesome stimulants, or slaves to pay off their shiny new razorflail.

Chaos Daemons have – appropriately, given the arrival of Angron – manifested as a huffing and slavering crash of Khornate nightmares. 10 Bloodletters and 10 Flesh Hounds are led by Khorne’s favourite hunter – Karanak, the Hound of Vengeance. In the cramped confines of a space hulk, these frenzied killers will close the distance between enemy guns with warp-flushed speed and savagery. That’s 265 points right there. I’d also want another unit of Legionaries to up the “boots on the ground” count personally. That’s another 180 points, too. We need to leave room for Wargear and with those additions we’re at 1820 points. Maybe another 20 cultists or if you’re feeling extra spicy, drop 10 cultists and add in 5 more Terminators. That will give you a bit of wiggle room for wargear (although not by much — we’re talking 50 points). The stars are awash with the sounds of violence – with the new additions in Arks of Omen: Angron and White Dwarf 485 , there are now a total of 27 Boarding Action missions to take you into the cold depths of space.* Plenty of Boarding Patrol boxes are coming to join the fun – but the starfaring Aeldari are masters of sailing through the void, and their spiky cousins are no strangers to raiding stranded vessels and even space hulks .Even more Boarding Patrols are preparing for mobilisation – sign up for the Warhammer Community newsletter to find out which other factions are getting ready to breach and clear next. Ultimately, this is a decent Drukhari force. You get the best of both worlds – melee and shooting options galore. Infantry and specialists rolled into one. Wyches can shoot and sit on objectives, whilst the Succubus and Incubi can go in for the kill and really fudge your foes up. If the Wraithlord can tank as well as I’m hoping then you’ve got a very well rounded box. The Verdict? Like with most of the new characters, they are inside a different box instead of on their own. Still, the Boarding Patrols have had some pretty decent value, so there is nothing wrong with getting a new character and saving some cash.

Some of the other Boarding Patrols we’ve seen both released and teased have frequently contained up-to-date miniatures from the last few years or even brand-new models altogether, perhaps with an older kit included. On this front, when compared to the other sets, the Drukhari box looks particularly poor. Personally, if I was starting a new army, I’d get two and stop there. For a Combat Patrol it’s a pretty strong box — it’s got a bunch of more “generic” options that can really fit into any army. Alternatively you can buy a couple and go hard into the Windrider builds. Next steps for this one? I’d grab the Boarding Patrol box for the Chaos Space Marines and tact in those 630 points right off the bat. That will bring you up to 1375 + wargear. Plus, it will give you some much needed troop support. If you want to go up to a full 2000 point army you’ve got room to work with. Maybe a Land Raider to ferry your units and deliver a payload of Possessed to your enemy’s face? Additional rules for using five factions in Boarding Actions – T’au Empire, Asuryani and Ynnari, Drukhari, Harlequins, and Adepta SororitasCan’t say I’m an expert on how Drukhari play – I still call them Dark Eldar to this day – but I will give as good an analysis that I can. This box does fall under the 500 point Boarding Actions list threshold by 130 points – and though the Wyches provide a lot of weapon options, you’ll never have enough to get there. I’d recommend another unit of Incubi to bring the pain in close combat, unless you want to overpower your foe with firepower, bring another unit of Wyches or Kabalites. An inspiring showcase of photography and battle scenes, featuring the armies fighting on Arthas Moloch There’s much profit to be found in the esoteric salvage secreted aboard these rotting void-barges – and you can acquire it for the glory of your own Hold with five cybernetically-enhanced Cthonian Beserks, five diamond-hard Einhyr Hearthguard, and 10 geared-up Hearthkyn Warriors, all led by a proud Einhyr Champion. This one is strange because a lot of the value comes from the Plague Marines, and considering the reinforcements box is so expensive for three minis; it’s hard to say. Bring the light of the Emperor to the void with Boarding Patrol: Adepta Sororitas, scouring the Arks of Omen with bolt, flame, and melta. A devout Canoness leads five Celestian Sacresants, 10 Sisters Repentia, and 10 Battle Sisters into the breach, making this a durable fighting force with plenty of power armour and some chainsword punch. This box can be used to assemble a variety of units – the recommended build for Boarding Action games is Castellan Crowe, five Terminators, and two five-man Strike Squads.Currently, while we know the prices for most of the boxes, we’ll also have all of the new boxes listed, value-wise, for you below! One more thing to note, these are all valued with the updated 2023 GW pricing. A cursory glance tells me that the Voidscarred are the more flavourful choice of kit – they have more options concerning loadouts, and cooler models (let’s be honest). That’s to be expected, considering this kit originated from Kill Team: Nachmund – so differing variants in the unit will have unique abilities. For example, the Way Seeker is a psyker, the Shade Runner can give extra mortal wounds after charging and the Felarch can throw his bird at the target, who loses any benefit of cover. Birds are vicious, after all.

The Drukhari already love to raid voidcraft for business and pleasure, and the Arks of Omen have only spilled blood in the water. A Succubus leads 20 Wyches in Boarding Patrol: Drukhari, accompanied by a band of five sinister Incubi. Well, the value is pretty decent, but again, it comes down to whether you need the units inside. If you don’t need a single unit, the box value goes way down. However, if you need everything inside, you get the 10 Acolyte Hybrids for close to free!

Is the Grey Knights Boarding Patrol Worth It?

If your alignment is slightly more devious, Drukhari might be a better option than regular Craftworlds Eldar. Boarding Patrol Grey Knights (Allocated 1 Per Store) Here’s the updated value breakdown of the four new Warhammer 40k Boarding Patrols for Dark Eldar, Eldar, Grey Knights, and Necrons! Towering over its allies, the Wraithlord is both unstoppable force and immovable object. These powerful wraithbone constructs can be configured for ranged or melee combat, plugging gaps in your battleline and hitting the enemy where it hurts most.
