As a drop-in to a battle pack, this is up there with the BARC speeders we’ve gotten in the better packs. The set arrived in top-notch condition, and the box was indeed factory-sealed, with all pieces included. In hindsight, I should have snapped a picture of the Clone Wars BARC trooper too, since this new helmet is distinctly different from that as well. That was my chief complaint with the Death Star Troopers pack, where the Royal Guard figures really detracted from the overall value of the set. I bought this product as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, who loves to build and collect Star Wars Lego sets.

Maybe I will get one more of these myself, for an extra vehicle, but then it is off to bricklink for more mini-figures. I am a little concerned about the growing discrepancy between the details on minifigs and the detailing of the accompanying sets, though. As a smaller set this was quick to build but again the Lego team have done well with the detail and also the ability to play well with it. The nice thing with these troopers is that the camo patterns in the torso and legs could easily be adapted to some nifty custom figures, probably the next time we do a Bounty Hunter contest or try to kill Don again with an alphabet bracket.

Yeah, i posted some pictures of the new blasters in an other topic and didn't want to repeat myself. At 99 pieces, this one comes in slightly under the Death Star battle pack and well above the Utapau Troopers. Minifigures printing is pretty accurate 2, maybe the helmet of the Scout Trooper is a bit big, but really it is not much of an issue. While we’ve gotten a lot of Clone Wars and Phase I clone revisions, this is really the first change to Phase 2 since those sets were released nine years ago.

Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. Contact Us LEGO, the LEGO logo, the Minifigure, and the Brick and Knob configurations are trademarks of the LEGO Group of Companies. For those keeping count, we’ve gotten seven new helmet designs in this release (and six colors of the new Phase II helmet, if you count the 501st Legion Trooper that had the same design in the AT-RT Walker and Z-95 Headhunter). Some LEGO® sets contain small parts that are NOT suitable for and may pose a hazard to children under 3 years of age. We don't claim any ownership on their stuff that we feature on this site, just copyright on our words and self-made videos.

I will probably get one of these, if on sale, but prefer the DS Gunner and Imperial Pilot pack by a wide margin. They weren’t bad troopers, but we’ve had other Sherbet clones recently so it’s good to see a change. I though they where a little strange myself at first, but if you really think it is right down ugly, I recommend you wait for an update of this figure.
