Hi, i got the Parrot MKI9200 and it’s been working fine with my iPhone 7 IOS13.3.1 but now, when i connect my phone n play a song, it shows that it’s playing but no sound comes out, however, if someone was to call, it would work normally Hi Philip, my wife has a parrot mki9200 fitted in her Peugeot 208. She has lost the use the remote. We have tried all the reset options in the hand book, changed the battery, even bought a new remote, but we cannot get the remote to interact with the screen. The screen powers up fine, and works as normal when the phone is connected, it is just the loss of connection between the screen and remote. Any solutions?
