Description

The QCY T16 is a slightly more expensive model from the same brand, with a distinctive egg-shaped design from earbuds and charging case. Both are clear and balanced in sound, with a supportive bass, but the T16 has a warmer undertone, more audible lower-mids, and longer-lasting bass tones than the T17. T16's mids and upper-mids are softer - less hooky, while highs roll off earlier and prevent the highest peaks from the T17. The T17 has more articulation in the mids and upper-mids; the T16 is a smoother ride and easier to listen to. The T17 wins on comfort and battery life. In terms of build quality, the QCY T13 don’t look especially solid, but feel decently robust and, in fact, they feel rather robust for the asking price. I unfortunately dropped them a couple of times and they came away without even a scratch. They are IPX5 certified, so they can withstand a variety of situations including hot showers. My opinion, however, changed when I listened to some songs with the QCY T13. Sound-wise, this is a significant upgrade to the T11, and considering that both cost about the same price, I’ll say you’re getting a great deal if you bought the T13. It’s a nicer sounding QCY T11, and that for me is enough reason to go with this earbud Going up in the frequencies, the QCY T17 shows a dip in the lower mid-tones, meaning lower electronic tones don't play a prominent role. Darker male vocals move up to the center-mids. These center-mids enjoy a nice presence. Male and lower female vocals sound detailed, and acoustic guitars and piano play come across naturally.

They should be, because the T17 can actually reach QCY's advertised 7,5 hours of playtime on a single charge. An excellent performance for this price. The case can recharge the buds three times before needing new power itself, but fast-charging the earbuds or the case isn't supported. The QCY T17 follows the same control scheme as other models from the brand, only providing you with the basic controls. On the QCY T17S (see specs above), the free QCY app will let you change controls, but doesn't give the option to add more control options - so adding volume controls will always come at the cost of other functions. The regular T17 doesn't have app support. The color finish is pure white without the accents you’d get on, say the HT01, and again everything just feels generic. But I love it. The T13 will sit in your ear without drawing attention to itself. People will look at it and go, oh, just another TWS earbud. Build quality of the QCY T13 is top-notch The QCY T13 comes equipped with a fast charge technology that allows the earbud to draw about an hour of usage time from just five minutes of charging. I’ve tested this feature, and it works as advertised. Sound qualityAs this earphone forwards both vocals and lower tones, there's less space left for the center mid-tones. Guitars and pianos aren't as natural or detailed as they can be on more audiophile (read: more expensive) earphones, and darker male vocals can be a bit recessed. Mids do sound a tad warmer than average - but it's a safe bet, as they are at least pleasant on the ears.

QCY releases low-budget wireless earbuds like crazy. In this second half of 2021 alone, the T17 is accompanied by the new QCY T13 and QCY T16, and then the Chinese brand also upgraded some older earphones with S-versions. Female and higher-pitched male vocals are slightly forward and stand out from instruments surrounding them, yet upper-mids and highs stay in control. Unlike other recent QCY's, highs roll off quite early and never sound too harsh or bright. Usually, piercing sounds like claps and cymbals don't penetrate your ears. Ever since the QCY HT01 sort of won my heart, I’ve been a huge fan of QCY earphones. They’re affordable, trendy, and like the HT01 showed perfect-sounding in-ear. The QCY T13 probably has the biggest soundstage you'll encounter on a pair of very cheap wireless earphones.I don't know because I haven't been in crowds, but it is stable in the home. Distance tolerance is a bit weak and tends to be a bit choppy at distances of about 5 meters. Also, the connection was broken when a barrier was placed. The T13 comes with four microphones; I already mentioned that. They work to deliver what is an excellent call performance on this earbud. Making and answering calls on the T13 is nothing short of awesome. Everyone on the other end of the call will hear your voice in a warm and soft sound profile.

This review is based on a sample provided by QCY to convey a sincere quality review to our readers. driver delivers HIFI sound combining punchy bass and dynamic, transient analytic force. That’s how QCY T13 offers immersive experience and become your private mobile cinema Comfortable is, however, top-notch on the QCY T13. When you have these on, it’s almost as if they’re not there. That’s in part down to just how light the T13 is. It’s arguably one of the lightest TWS earbuds I’ve reviewed, and it’s certainly lighter than the other alternatives I just mentioned. It’s an issue I’ve seen with some other ultra-cheap earbuds (looking at you Mpow Mdots), but somehow, it’s not a problem on the QCY T13. The charging case can recharge the earphones fully three times before needing new power via USB-C itself. Or you can top-up the buds in the case for 10 minutes - it will immediately get you up to 2 hours of extra listening time.Obviously, this puts a limit on what kind of physical activity you could use the T13 for. I’ve found them just okay for walking and routing jogging, but if you’re going to be doing intensive workouts or running laps, you might want to consider the Haylou W1 or even the QCY HT01; both have better grip in-ear than the QCY T13. Conversely, the T13 amplifies the voice of the other party to deliver a similar warm, soft and clear speech to your ears. chip do. High quality in Sound and low latency in transmission are what the new chip can provide V5.1 Bluetooth chipset

The microphone works decently well, although it does have some issues with noisy places. In a quiet environment it allows you to take calls without issues. I’ve always been quite sceptical about entry-level TWS earphones, but the QCY T13 do bring something new to the table. Although they’re not perfect – nothing is, unfortunately – they do bring a very nice mix of features to the game. It’s especially the combination of sound quality, connectivity and battery life that makes me feel like they are the first entry-level model I’ve tried which deserves my praise. So far all of the other ones I’ve tried let me down for a reason or another, but not the T13. The QCY T13 delivers a spacious, deep sound that brings more low frequencies to the forefront while remaining neutral. Music will sound more grandiose, with an enhanced sense of scale. The clarity is high, and the bass-enhanced listening sound is quite well-balanced. You’re not going to notice any lag while streaming video on Youtube on Netflix with the QCY T13. It’s the same case for gaming; the QCY T13 is a decent gaming earbud, and because latency is so low, there’s practically no lag when you use this to speak to teammates. Battery life The QCY T13 can go five hours of active listening on a single chargeOpen it up, and you see the T13 in all its shiny glory. The finish is glossy. It looks like it was built to last, and I’m definitely impressed by the overall feel. Living in Glasgow, Scotland but born and raised near Milan, Italy, I got the passion for music listening as a legacy from my father and my grandfather. The T13 is not trying to catch any attention with its design. The best way I can describe it visually is to say it looks plain, and with budget TWS earbuds, plain is good. Unlike what you’d find on the Haylou W1, for instance, there’s no brand lettering. In the standard scheme, it's not possible to change the volume from the earpieces directly. However, you can change the controls via the free QCY app. As the T13 doesn't support a single tap, you can't have both simultaneously. However: you won't activate controls just by adjusting the earbuds a bit - that's nice.
