This was a great fast service.Staff were helpful to match up the coulours with our sinage. Lots of choose. I need a method to cover screws for a high end client at a blue chip event and Snap-caps fitted the bill perfectly, not only was the product great the range of colours gave a perfect finish. The only problem i have was deciding what shade of blue to choose!!!!!! I have had no complaints with the Snap caps brought so far ( and that has been a few thousand). The price is good and delivery always on time with a friendly and prompt service. Fitting the Cap to the Washer may require more force. It may also result in a white 'stress' ring forming around the perimeter of the cap. The white ring may disappear over time, especially if the caps are warmed up. The fixings you are using are too large for the Washer. This prevents the Washer from flexing as the Cap is being pushed on.

You are not using the correct technique to fit the Cap to the Washer. Because Snap-Caps are designed and moulded to very fine tolerances, the caps cannot be pushed on "flat".
