Description

The Control Pro 250 R is a compact airless paint sprayer with a carry handle, which is designed for experienced DIY'ers. It allows you to work with all solvent and water based paints, varnishes and wood preservatives as well as emulsion and latex paints. The Control Pro 250 R is from a completely new generation of Airless paint sprayers, which are equipped with High Efficiency Airless, or HEA technology. This is based on innovative nozzle technology combined with a highly efficient but pressure-reduced pump. The reduced spraying pressure allows simple and clean working with an Airless device, providing maximum control with up to 55% less overspray. Perfect, streak-free results are possible, even for first-time users. Remove old, loose paint or varnish with a scraper and sandpaper and fill in any holes with a suitable filler. Remove any dirt and moss from any old paint. Then evenly sand the surface with fine sandpaper.

High-Efficiency Airless Pump with Reduced Spraying Pressure –for maximum control, a longer service life and up to 55% less overspray It is an ideal machine for consumers and DIY projects that need a bit more power to finish the job.

This means maximum control and ease of use for projects small and large on wood, metal, walls and ceilings for room repair or renovations. In addition, the machine and its components are less heavily stressed, resulting in reduced wear and a longer service life. Common projects for this type of paint sprayer include: indoor and exterior walls, wooden sheds, ships (especially two-component paints). Furniture, doors, floors, impregnation projects, etc. The reduced pressure of the Control Pro 350 R brings further advantages over the previous Airless technology: up to 55% less overspray and effortless working with the high-quality Airless gun, which features significantly reduced trigger pressure and recoil. This new technology gives even better and fuller spray than Airless technology, currently the highest standard in the market. Thanks partly to the new technology, the machine can spray all the usual materials using less power, which makes it far more efficient than the predecessors. As you can read in the Airless section, an Airless machine is suitable for spraying large surfaces, has a wide range of applications and provides a nice finish. However, an Airless sprayer produces relatively a lot of overspray, is harder to use, less forgiving, and makes quite a bit of noise.

Rupes Bigfoot Polishers - System Based Polishing Tool - Compound - PadI recently spent a morning wit NOT Suitable for: Material that contain highly abrasive components, Facade Paint, Caustic Solutions and Acidic Coatings. The number in the product name indicates the difference in power between both types of Wagner HEA sprayers: the 250 (= lighter model) and the 350 (= heavier model). Always apply several coats of the material (see the manufacturer’s instructions). The paint must be suitable for use with the surface/old paint. Prime untreated wood or plastics with a protective primer to improve adhesion and metal with a rustproofing product.

Production – Same flow and production rate as higher pressure systems with adjustable pressure control for accurate setting and control. It is important to understand these differences and make an informed decisionbased on your actual needs. This new technique provides an even better and fuller spray than current Airless machines, which currently represent the highest standard in the market. HEA combines the advantages of two existing technologies: HVLP and Airless. The 350 R Control Pro represents a new generation of revolutionary airless paint sprayers based on a completely new technology — High Efficiency Airless (HEA). The new nozzle design allows for a softer spray jet, so you always get streak-free results with perfect coverage when working with emulsion, varnish and other paints. The reduced pressure of the Control Pro 350 R brings further advantages over the previous Airless technology, including up to 55% less overspray, and effortless working with the high-quality Airless gun, which features significantly reduced trigger pressure and recoil. No heavy lines – on the top and bottom of the spray pattern that novice and intermediate users get when spraying at higher pressures.

The lower pressure also supports effortless operation with the high-quality Airless gun, which features significantly reduced trigger pressure and recoil compared to conventional airless sprayers. HVLP, on the other hand, may offer a slightly less attractive spray pattern, but it is friendlier and easier to use, produces less overspray and is also suitable for a wide range of jobs. Better said: it is especially suitable for smaller areas and less intensive use. Thanks partly to the new technology, the machine can spray all the usual materials using less power, which makes it far more efficient than the predecessors. I am frequently asked what the differences are between the Wagner Control Pro 350 Extra and other variations, particularly the Wagner Control Pro 250M which is much cheaper and sold through Bunnings. The Wagner Control Pro 350 Extra Skid also offers a broad variety of use for projects by caretakers and service providers who look after hotels, residential premises, schools, factories, farms and sports clubs. Suits high and low viscosity materials. Thanks to the lower pressure, up to 55% less overspray is generated compared to conventional airless technology, this makes airless spraying systems with High Efficiency Airless technology particularly attractive for indoor use, as the amount of masking required is significantly reduced saving a lot of time. The reduced overspray also means material savings, as less paint is wasted due to better atomisation.Direct Intake– Trouble free working with direct suction intake from the original paint container allowing for faster and cleaner work The flexible Wagner HEA PRO 350M can handle a wide range of materials: From walls (including smooth masonry), ceilings, basements and garages, through woodworking and wood preservatives for log cabins, facade cladding or carports, to corrosion protection of steel beams. It can spray all common water-soluble and solvent-containing materials simply and professionally. The Wagner HEA PRO 350R is the ideal partner for bigger consumer projects or small to medium-scale projects for new builds, furniture production and renovations. This device is perfectly capable of spraying all common water- and solvent-based paints. HEA stands for High Efficiency Airless, Wagner's new Airless paint sprayer technology. The completely new HEA series replaces Wagner's successful Project Pro and PowerPainter series. HEA (High Efficiency Airless) is Wagner's new Airless technology. The completely new HEA series is designed to replace Wagner's successful Project Pro and PowerPainter series.
