There is a lot of thread about the Tt02b but they are pretty old for the most. If someone knows a good place with all the parts number he would recommend, that would be very appreciated. The listed top-speed for the lower-powered motors when using very low FDR (high ratio) would need quite a long straight and therefore impractical. I really recommend Tamiya cutters. Quality is very high and makes work really easy and fast. Do not use those cheap cutters.

The standard kit 70T spur allows FDR down to 7.28 only, which is not great. This triggers the need of the high-speed gear set to push it further down. Just how durable is the TT02B? I see it getting recommended over older design buggies. I don't own one. From what I hear, it has poor ground clearance and problem with the rear geartrain. Rereleases often seen touted as fragile things. Aside from the A5 part, I never found the Terra Scorcher to be fragile (or any of the T-Shot buggies) and honestly don't think of the Hot Shot series as really delicate either. The Terra Scorcher in particular was a pretty good performing buggy in its day. We ship with DHL Premium instead of DHL Economy. I already have an adjustable motor mount so I assume no problem putting a smaller diameter spur but is the diameter an issue here? To be honest, I do not understand that pursuit after more speed and power. I run my cars on tight, technical asphalt courses and for me, 540 TT motor is enough. I prefer to focus on precision and technique, not on going straight without control. TRF chassis are amazing and will keep up with the best from other manufacturers in onroad - TRF has given up on offroad so aren't developing the cars. I have the TRF102 and the build quality is amazing, and the car is competive at the club despite me being slow. The TA07MS or TRF419XR or TB Evo 7 would all be fantastic cars, get them all. The handling flaws for me are the low ride height (which is fine for modern off road racing, which is just touring cars with bumps), the weight and the longitudinal full size battery. The battery means they just can't jump well, you can't control the car in the air like you can a race level 4wd buggy. In a race kit you just blip the throttle and the front comes up, tap the brake and it stops. A TT02B just does what it does, throttle inputs don't change it.

Of course I did not sand gears mesh. Only top part of edge, but still I sanded probably no more than few hundreds of milimeter. Anyhow, that part of gears do not engage with others, so it will not be issue.
