I set to looking at the instructions and found they were very simple and easy to follow, once I had opened the bag with the Himalayan Salt crystals I just had to arrange them in the base unit. Oils should never be used topically (on the skin) unless diluted with a carrier oil or cream and should NEVER be used on babies under 3 months because their skin is so permeable. You can also have the mist function on three different settings. If you have it on the continuous setting it will last for 6 hours and for 12 hours on the intermittent setting then you will need to refill the water tank.There seemed lots of elements in the box but it was super easy to put together.
