A few people have said I won't need one but my concern is that my dodgy back won't cope on long trips out if Toby needs to pushchair and baby is in the sling. The 5-point adjustable harness is comfily padded with yet more colour co-ordinated covers adding to the quality feel of the stroller. The seat boasts several different back rest positions, from lay flat to sit up straight, which are easily adjusted via a lever on the back of the seat. It's freestanding: the folded buggy isn't small so if you've a small home or no spare cupboards etc, this buggy is going to be out on show - it's currently in our lounge.

The company still makes cots to this day, albeit under the hyper-bright colour schemes and a funky ethos which – while not to everyone’s particular tastes – is hard to dislike. Ive recently enquired about this to cosatto myself and they said they don't recommend buggy boards for any of their prams, as they're not weight tested for the extra load. Cosatto's bright, vibrant and fun designs really are eye-catching and definitely make the pram stand out from the crowd. I have had this pram less than a year and the wheels have worn in causing it to now be unsteady and my oldest child no longer fits in the seats as they are so narrow.

The buggy is compact when folded compared to other doubles, it has an umbrella fold similar to other strollers but of course is twice as wide. We managed to quickly pop on the car seat adaptors without even needing the instructions; although I will say getting the car seat onto these was a bit of a fiddle (it took both of us a number of attempts to get both sides on! The seat has an adjustable calf support in forward facing mode which doubles up as a clever back support in parent facing mode.Kirsty tells me that she finds the straps a little tricky to adjust but I haven’t noticed us being held up by a need to fiddle with straps, and as I’m easily the most impatient member of this family, believe me, if they were really inconvenient I’d know all about it. The chassis is compact and has umbrella fold with auto lock and carry handle for easy moving and storing.
