We enable you to recognise your skills and explore what you want to achieve. Our focus is on helping you to become independent and more connected with your community. You, along with your KeyRing Community Volunteer, therefore co-produce an action plan which details your specific goals (both short and long-term), actions needed and more. We provide flexible support Our team of Community Enablers provide Housing Related Support. They are trained to start with what you can do and how you can increase independence. Support planning tools help you think about things they can do to improve your life.

We have a tiered Membership level which reflects the needs of the people we support. This ranges from support that is more intensive to ‘Linked In’ Membership for those who just need a drop in service. You can’t wait for your support day to experience crisis. Nor can you always fit your issues into your allocated support hours. Therefore, our connected approach, with peers, volunteers, and staff, means we can allow for the ups and downs of your life. How to refer All Connect Members can bring anything that they are worried about and get some advice from our team. No more hiding scary letters under the microwave! We can work with you wherever you live. Lots of people we support have their own homes – rented or owned. Our flexible approach allows us to give more time to you when you need it most (support to hospital appointments, benefit assessments, Jobcentre appointments, etc.). It also supports the steady transition and progress to more independence while being connected to your local community throughout the whole process.Our KeyRing Support Network is based in Maida Vale. Located mainly in the City of Westminster, with parts overlapping into the London Borough of Camden, Maida Vale is situated north of Paddington in West London, between St John's Wood and Kilburn.

If you need a bit of help to step into your KeyRing Circle Membership, you can join us through the Intensive Membership. You can also add additional hours through KeyRing Extra hours. You will think about all sorts of different things including your family, digital solutions, assistive technology and things you can access in your community to help you on your journey. You'll choose activities and opportunities to build your skills and independence. Some of these activities won't cost anything which will mean more money left over for other things in your plan. It all comes down to choosing the right people and things to involve so that you can reach your goals and get the support you need.
