Lamberts Florisene has been formulated to provide certain essential nutrients to help maintain normal hair growth in women. Blood test revealed an extremely low level of ferritin. So, I started using this product at 4 caps a day, but found it made me unwell, so I downgraded to 2 caps in the evening to avoid any nausea or cramps.

Florisene®should not be taken within 2 hours of taking any medication including indigestion remedies. Hair loss that is related to nutritional deficiencies of iron cannot be corrected overnight. It can take about 16 weeks to notice a reduction in hair shedding. It can take longer to see a difference in hair volume due to the time it takes for the hair to grow long enough to contribute to overall hair volume.
