You think you love them, but what you really love is how they make you feel. It’s not love. It’s lust. Lust for attention. Lust for danger. Lust to feel special. (...) The second is to learn about yourself. Your first crush has been crushed. You’re sad, but most of all, you’re angry. Angry enough to not let it happen again. (...) Love. When the lessons of your weakness with number one and your selfishness with number two sink in, and you find a medium. When you know who you are and you’re ready to welcome everything he is, and you’re not afraid anymore.” The police found some medications in your parents’ bathroom,” Mirai broaches in her soft voice. “They have your father’s name on them, so they called the doctor and learned that he had cancer, Tiernan.” Who am I? I'm tired of living without no name, without no history. Just tell me my story... then you can end it." — Credence to Yusuf Kama and Leta Lestrange [src] As Leta and baby Corvus were on the same boat as baby Aurelius and his aunt, then the boat possibly set sail from France, as that is where Leta and Corvus were originally from.

this book has the shittiest plot since den of vipers. i don’t even know what to say. seriously, can somebody honestly show me a plot?because all i see is this girl going to live in the mountains for a month with her uncle and cousins and idk about you but that seems like a pretty normal occurrence in everyday life so i’m not really sure what the big deal is. her parents have died too or whatever but i don’t count that as a plotline because it just isn’t. anyway, so tiernan isn’t very good with people and tALkiNg because of how her parents ignored her all the time when they were alive, so it’s a big deal for her to go live in the snowy cabin with her uncle and cousins (who thank god aren’t related by blood by the way), and can you guess what happens? hint: it’s a penelope douglas book. Magical aptitude: While Credence had not initially developed his magical abilities due to Mary Lou Barebone, his latent magical powers were incredible, which allowed him to survive long past the age of 10, despite having an Obscurus inside him. This was possibly due to Credence being an alleged member of the Dumbledore family. After being given a wand for the first time, Credence instinctively cast a spell that fired a bolt of fiery energy so powerful that it instantly destroyed a mountainside.Having had enough with their mistreatment, Credence and Nagini plotted their escape from the Circus Arcanus, where both Kama and Tina Goldstein had located him. Credence managed their getaway by releasing several of the beasts and fleeing in the ensuing chaos.

Grindelwald: " If I asked you now to go to the school where he is hiding and kill him for me, would you do it for me, Krall? Credence is the only entity alive who can kill him." Krall: " You really think he can kill the Great... Can kill Albus Dumbledore?" Grindelwald: " I know he can." — Gellert Grindelwald and Krall in their hideout in Paris [src] You were such a beautiful baby. And you are a beautiful man. I have missed you." — Irma Dugard to Credence [src] I should’ve been nicer to her. When she offered to stay here instead, I just wanted everyone gone. The noise and attention made me nervous, and I don’t want to hear all the phone calls Mirai has to make tonight, which will just be a reminder of how all hell is breaking loose out in the world and on social media. She pens astounding, jaw dropping stories with tongue-in-cheek bravado and exhilarating narration which keeps the mercury risingKaleb takes my leg, bringing my foot up to rest on his knee as he washes me. Running the cloth up my thigh, he dips inside, close but not there, and I moan” 💦🔥

I tip my chin up, steeling myself at the distant commotion outside as the paramedics open the front door. The calls and questions, the horns honking as more people arrive, beyond the gates, where the media can no doubt see the body being wheeled out. I’m not saying the book isn’t problematic, but I also happen to think it’s a literary masterpiece and the author who wrote it a genius; for not only is it complex, but it’s also classy, believable, and brings forth an array of emotions. If you choose to see it only for its wrongness, and if you think it’s garbage and disgusting, that’s on you. You’re entitled to your opinions, just as I’m mine. What you’re not entitled to is telling ME what to read and not to read, what to like and can’t/mustn’t like. Later, in Bhutan, with the help of his brother Aberforth, Albus protected Credence from the Killing Curse. Afterwards, Dumbledore watched as the phoenix followed Credence and Aberforth home. [5] Irma Dugard [ ] In 1932, Credence was sent on a mission by Grindelwald to China to capture a baby Qilin. He reported it in person to his new master. Later, Credence had a conversation with Queenie Goldstein; she told him that Grindelwald regularly asked her to spy on the young man and tell him his thoughts, but she revealed to Credence that she did not tell Grindelwald everything. After that, Credence looked in a mirror and saw an inscription: "Forgive me", which he erased immediately. [5] Credence had been sending messages in that same mirror, desperately, now having his identity, for he now wanted to "come home", though, at first, he was unaware the recipient of his notes was actually his very own biological father. [21] One evening, Grindelwald watched Credence's phoenix circle around the young man; he told Vinda Rosier that it was Credence's pain that made him strong. [5] And yet Scamander appears wherever the Obscurial goes, to protect him." — Torquil Travers questioning why Dumbledore sent Newt abroad to protect Credence [src]

I have been sitting here trying to figure out how to rate this book for quite some time. I came to the conclusion that I am going to give it a five stars. Does that mean I agree with everything that went on in this book? Hell no!!! But that isn’t why I read. I read to escape...to be entertained... to feel different emotions— whether it be good or bad. This book definitely did all of that for me! I went into Credence knowing there was forbidden aspects to the story, and that there was probably going to be content that pushed my limits.. and yes that happened for sure! I still was hooked to this one, and seeing as I read so much, I tend to find it hard to find books that I devour and can’t stop thinking about. I got that also with this story! So, five stars it is! Modesty was young and curious; she shared Credence's secret interest in magic. Because of this shared interest, they trusted each other. When Henry Shaw Junior meanly insulted Credence, she took his hand to reassure him. Modesty often witnessed the beatings he got from their mother and comforted him.

It’s strange. The tire swing in the yard is the only thing that makes it look like a kid lives here. There were never any drawings in the house. None on the fridge or walls. No children’s books on the shelves. No shoes by the front door or floaties in the pool. Unknown to Mary Lou Barebone, the woman she believed to be Credence's mother was in fact the Half-elf servant of the Lestrange family, Irma Dugard. Dugard unknowingly ended up with Aurelius after the young Leta Lestrange switched him with her baby brother Corvus Lestrange. Irma later took care of the young Credence, signing his adoption paper and handing him over in the care of Mary Lou Barebone.Lust, learn, and love,” she says, placing the condiments and touching her finger to the ketchup. “My mother said the first boy—or man—is a crush. You think you love them, but what you really love is how they make you feel. It’s not love. It’s lust. Lust for attention. Lust for danger. Lust to feel special.” She looks between us. “You’re needy with number one. Needy for someone to love you.” why was Kaleb even down for the threesome especially when it's WITH his brother and the woman he supposedly "loves" when he's apparently so "possessive". the reason might've been to hurt himself and withdraw but it was never really explained fully or even talked about. at least one of them is going to r*pe or sexually assault her in any way shape or form, i mean, "It does get boring in the winter... when the beer runs out." Abernathy | Aurelius Dumbledore (defected) | Carrow | Queenie Goldstein (defected) | Krafft | Krall (deceased) | MacDuff | Nagel | Vinda Rosier | Zabini His mother was "sent away" from Godric's Hollow by likely her parents. During his first year of living there, Aurelius was taken care of by her and her sister. Aberforth's brother and Aurelius' uncle, Albus Dumbledore was aware of flowing rumours that the relationship had resulted in a child, but due to the distance between the Dumbledore brothers, Aberforth never confided in or sought Albus's help and or advice with his family situation.
