The HP Spectre x360 16 is nothing to scoff at, as we were absolutely stunned by its 16-inch OLED touchscreen, stylishly compact design, immersive Bang & Olufsen audio, and comfortable keyboard. Sounds like perfection, right? These can be segregated based on the Features like Display, Light emitting technique, View angle etc. The HP Z32k has all the connectivity you could hope for in a premium business monitor. The screen’s high resolution and pixel density, coupled with superior color coverage and accuracy, make it ideal for workers who prepare photos, graphics, and video for online use. However, those who use the Adobe RGB space for processing photos and art for printing would be better off getting a professional graphic arts monitor with better coverage of that color space. The Z32k doesn't come cheap, but its features and performance earn it our Editors' Choice nod as an elite productivity monitor. You might be wondering, "if the performance is good but not great, what makes this laptop one of the best out there?" Being a 2-in-1 laptop puts it in a position where it benefits from dynamic usage, but beyond that, the Spectre's 16-inch, UHD+ (3840 x 2400)OLED display is breathtaking. Configurable to AMD Radeon Pro 5500M with 8GB of GDDR6 memory or AMD Radeon Pro 5600M with 8GB of HBM2 memory

They have a narrow field of view, and aren’t that great for group watching. Fortunately, this is less of an issue on monitors, which tend to have an audience of one. Most users won't notice input lag, which is the time it takes for the display to react to a command, but hardcore gamers consider it a key factor and typically seek out the fastest models (lowest lag time) available. The fastest monitor we've seen has an input lag of less than a millisecond, but for everyday apps, you can get by with 20ms to 25ms before lag becomes a noticeable problem. At the other end of the spectrum are high-end monitors geared toward graphic design professionals and photographers. Most of these are 27-inch to 38-inch panels that support 4K resolution (usually 3,840 by 2,160 pixels), capable of displaying four times the resolution of a typical full HD or 1080p (1,920-by-1,080-pixel) monitor. Moreover, they offer such features as highly adjustable stands, a range of ports including HDMI, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and USB (often including USB-C), and a wealth of advanced image settings, sometimes including color calibration hardware and software. Configuration tested: 2.3GHz 8-core Intel Core i9 processor, 16GB memory, 1TB storage, Radeon Pro 5500M with 4GB of GDDR6 memory and automatic graphics switching Intel UHD Graphics 630.

Smart Monitors

Right now, 8K monitors, such as Samsung’s Odyssey Neo G9, which was dubbed the first 8K ultrawide display, remain on the horizon. There have been other instances of 8K in the past, and more are sure to follow, but we are still years away from this becoming the go-to high-end tech that 4K is today. Will we get there one day? Probably, but right now, there’s almost no reason to recommend buying an 8K monitor, both due to hardware limitations and cost. Ultrawide The HP Envy 16 is a premium laptop that can handle productivity tasks phenomenally, while also boasting a powerful enough GPU for those interested in moderate gaming. It's also one of the best HP laptops you can buy. With cathode-ray tubes (CRTs) long since replaced by flat panels, the key panel types used in desktop displays are twisted nematic (TN), in-plane switching (IPS) and iterations such as Fast IPS, vertical alignment (VA), and organic light-emitting diode (OLED) plus variations such as QD-OLED. (Credit: Joseph Maldonado) Until then, if HDR matters to you, we recommend buying monitors only with an HDR 600 rating or above to give you an experience comparable to that of a modern HDR-rated TV. An HDR certification will always add to a monitor's MSRP, so unless you really want the feature and are ready to pay for a proper rating, that money could be better saved for upgrades to your PC or added features such as a higher refresh rate for a gaming display. The HP Spectre x360 16 is another great 2-in-1 laptop with a stunning visual design and amazing internal specs, although we found it was a little bit heavy to make tablet mode comfortable. But with a stunning OLED display, long-lasting battery life, phenomenal speaker system and all-around solid performance, it's hard not to appreciate this thing. How we test the best 16-inch laptops

All other products will be delivered via the fastest available method (excluding bank holidays and weekends) and generally within 3-5 days, depending on customer location. Combined with the crisp and clear speaker system, this is an amazing laptop for those with strict tastes insofar brightness and color depth go. Sure, the performance could be better, but the Intel Core i7-1260P processor offers enough power to make this a great laptop for those with a discerning eye and ear, all wrapped up in an exterior that oozes sleekness. LG's Ultrabook is light in the hands but hasn't trimmed down on any of the quality you'd expect to find in the Gram family of laptops. It's impressive performance is spearheaded by a powerful 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, fueled further by 16GB of RAM, 1TB of SSD storage, and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Our benchmark testing took LG's device to the limits and it wowed us with its solid multitasking and overall performance. Performance that even let it to rival even the ever-impressive MacBook Air M2. The E27m G4 is a great choice for anyone involved in videoconferencing—and who isn't, these days? It's especially good if you have problems being heard or seen in teleconferences. (Personally, my next monitor is likely to be a conferencing model such as this one to ensure that I am well seen and heard, and that my colleagues are, too.) It's a fine general-purpose office monitor as well. If you're cramped for space, HP has the 1080p HP E24m G4 FHD USB-C Conferencing Monitor, which has all the teleconferencing features of its larger sibling.

Dell UltraSharp 43 4K USB-C Hub Monitor (U4323QE)

They save on desk space — a little. This is important as many of the best curved models are also ultrawides.

These tests are complemented with extensive hands-on testing from our reviewers who critique everything from the laptop's materials to the feel of its touchpad. Finally, glossy-surfaced screens can provide very bright, crisp colors, but they may also be too reflective for some users. If possible, compare a glossy screen to a matte screen before you buy to decide which works best for you. Do I Need High Dynamic Range (HDR)?Depending on panel type, your monitor may have different peak brightness, and HDR support will amp that up considerably. Most monitors are built to be bright enough to use in a typical office environment, but high-end models these days push the brightness to the limit. Most monitors currently have brightness of around 300 to 350 nits, but high-end options advertise as having peak brightness of 1,000 nits, and many often offer over 700 nits. Extra brightness may be handy if you work in a well-lit room or next to large windows. However, too much brightness is a recipe for eye strain. Contrast ratio Edge LED display: In this type, the diodes are placed around the monitor rim, from where light is made to diffuse behind the screen. This type is a lot slimmer than the direct type and is more affordable if you are looking to buy LED monitors.
