Sharon looks a bit haggard in the super close-up hi-res photos, but once she’s standing a few inches away from you, the sculpt actually look very good to me overall. I think her skin-tone is probably a shade too dark (my wife asked if it was supposed to be a Latino woman), but I think this is still a perfectly passable head. And let's bear in mind, we first meet Sharon in Captain America: The Winter in deep cover as Steve's neighbor. In short, Sharon is a spy, and whether she's herself or a Skrull you can never take her motivations at face value.
