Press and hold the + button. Plug the micro USB cable into your PC. Then, release the + button when the device is recognised. Thanks to Variable Wattage mode you can set the power level between 5 - 100W. This means you can discover a vape that's personal to you. Though DTL coils are included, thanks to the compatible range of GeekVape Z coils, you also can select a 0.4 Ohm RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) coil that produces a little less vapour. Beyond this, the 1.08 inch colour screen makes navigating the menu simple to do. Its mods work in a very similar way to others. They tend to have changeable settings and modes to help adjust to the way you prefer to vape. An easy to use screen is usually present to view all settings at a glance. Plus, most e cig tanks will work with these mods giving you multiple options. Changing the coil is always so simple on this type of clearomizer. You unscrew the base and insert the coil – it can only fit in one way. The two little tabs on the bottom of the coil line up with the two slots on the bottom of the atomization chamber. You really can’t go wrong! Powered by an external 18650 battery cell combined with the Geekvape Z Subohm 2021 tank to provide an excellent, long-lasting vaping experience.

So:- now I've gone and dropped my Smok Morph (which smashed into pieces! now just about working with swathes of PVC Tape and rubber bands attached), I need a second unit fast.

This Geekscape mod has a maximum voltage output of 8.5 volts, so you have the option to go pretty high. A high voltage offers you the opportunity to experience an intense flavor that other vape options can’t supply.

With its Variable Wattage feature, you can choose a power level between 5 - 100W and set the amount of vapour your kit produces. If you prefer a larger amount of vapour, we’d recommend using a higher wattage, which will produce a DTL (Direct To Lung) inhale. However, if you’d rather a more discreet amount of vapour that has a feel closer to a cigarette, a lower wattage, MTL vape style may be ideal for you. Either way, the S100 allows you to find your preferred vape. To replace the coil, you unscrew the base from the pod tank and pop the coil out. You can’t do it with a full tank, but it can be done with the tank half full which is nice. Still probably better to replace the coil when it’s empty though. The kit comes with two Kanthal coils – one at 0.25ohm and one at 0.2ohm for at 45 – 80W. In our tests, both coils performed well. They deliver excellent flavours, and lots and lots of dense vapour. Another bonus is how long the two coils last – they keep on working, refill after refill. They will suit any flavour, although we thought they performed better with fruity flavours. It’s a pretty basic tank overall. It comes with top airflow to minimize the possibility of leaking. It has a 5 mL capacity and a quarter-twist top cap that reveals the filling port when removed. The coils are plug and play and the drip tip is a standard Delrin 810. In use, most people with sub ohm tanks will run the mod in VW (variable wattage mode) this is also recommended for RTA's to avoid burning your coils.

On the front is a colour screen, a fire button and two buttons to adjust the settings. These feel great and press perfectly. There’s no play at all, despite the small size of the bottom buttons. They are easy to press and make a little noise, as you’d expect. It’s perfect in this respect too. To access the battery compartment you unscrew a cap on the underside the box. Rather surprisingly, there’s no degassing vent on the model we reviewed. It’s a pity, because having one makes it much safer for the user. But there is a good reason for there being no degassing vent: the box has IP68 protection, which guarantees that it is airtight. Plus, degassing vents and airtightness are pretty incompatible. The Z tank is a top adjustable airflow tank, which is great because it prevents the leakage of vape juice that bottom airflow tanks just can’t manage. However, an issue with this new 2021 tank is that it’s easy to accidentally dislodge the airflow control ring when removing the top cap since it is thin.An enlarged filling port located under the lid of the GeekVape Z 2021 sub ohm tank makes topping up e-liquid easy. As well as that, the adjustable top airflow gives you the option of a tighter or looser draw, so you can find an inhale that feels right. The airflow inlet is built into the top part of the tank to stop leaks too. The included coils have a mesh build that will heat your e-liquid up more evenly and deliver an improved flavour. To match the sub ohm coils, we'd recommend an e-liquid that has a 70% VG concentration or higher.

As new releases such as the Meloso Mini, Aegis AQ, Wenax K2 and Wenax Q from GeekVape has been able to take a prominent position within the vaping market. To manipulate the screen brightness, you just need to hold down the firing button on the front of the device at the same time as the ‘up’ button, and the display screen will brighten. Pressing the ‘down’ button will darken the screen. I did think about one of the Aegis two battery units, but then the only tank I've got at the moment that needs the power is the Smok Baby V2 that came with the Morph. Not really my favourite tank. The Type-C USB charging port brings the S100 kit up-to-date since most new vapes utilize this up-and-coming technology. USB Type-C ports are small and reversible, so you can easily plug them in. Also, you get more capability with a Type-C USB cable. Power and Temperature You can change the wattage with either a single press that adjusts in 0.5W increments or with either of the two adjustment buttons to change the wattage faster. The Geekvape Aegis Solo 2 S100 is a 100w box mod powered by a single 18650 battery and makes a great option for single coil RDA's lower wattage tanks or even mouth to lung tanks.
