Yep. Congratulations, you finally get to do something worthwhile with your time,” I say sarcastically. Before bedtime: Many people find that reading before bedtime helps them unwind and relax, which can promote better sleep. In The Score we're dealing with a friends-with-benefits-that-fall-in-love situation (which explains the graphic-and sometimes extravagant-sex scenes) between Allie, a girl who just broke up with her longterm boyfriend, and the infamous man-slut/ horndog/ sex addict Dean. There is chase, tention, sneaking out and eventually emotions, heartbreak and problems that will affect their relationship, but Dean imprinted on Allie and he will not let her go. Sounds like a fun ride, right? The bromance in this book was strong and amazing and that's why I was so heartbroken when the things went wrong but I guess that's real life and indeed things like these happens and people got hurt but still, it was really sad and unfortunate!

There was nothing that could prepare us for Dean and Allie. It’s not that they are any more compelling of a pair than the others in the Off-Campus series, but they both had to overcome their natures to figure out how to be together and that feels more significant somehow.Elle Kennedy’s writing is witty, engaging, and filled with sizzling chemistry. “The Score” is a delightful blend of steamy passion and heartwarming moments that will leave readers both fanning themselves and reaching for tissues. It’s a story about finding love when you least expect it and learning to embrace vulnerability. About The Score Elle Kennedy PDF Book Name The Score was great, but in my opinion not as funny and cute as The Mistake. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed it very much, and I swooned and laughed and blushed! I just felt like something was missing, and I think that's because I found Allie's character really flat and indifferent. I couldn't connect with her and even though I didn't hate her, I didn't love her either. This, plus the drug use are the reasons I didn't give it the fifth star! That being said, let's talk about Dean, shall we? A deliciously sexy story with a wallop of emotions that sneaks up on you’ Vi Keeland, No.1 New York Times bestselling author My throat tightens as I recognize the voice in my head. It belongs to my father, who happens to be my biggest champion. In his eyes, I can do no wrong. The characters are richly developed, each with their quirks and flaws that make them relatable. Readers will find themselves emotionally invested in the outcome of Dean and Allie’s relationship, cheering for their love to conquer all obstacles.

For Allie has finally pulled the plug on her long-term on-again off-again relationship with Sean. They started in her freshman year with the understanding of what would happen at the end of college... the both of them going off to do what they had planned...She to pursue her passion in acting... him, off to Vermont to work at his father's insurance company. What developed was a push-pull between them; Sean trying to manipulate Allie to being "the little woman supporting her man" syndrome. The narrative delves into the nuances of consent, communication, and the emotional layers that come with physical intimacy. Elle Kennedy tastefully navigates these themes, reinforcing the idea that relationships are built on mutual respect and understanding. If you love sports romance, mature NA, the above mentioned "formula" and haven't read this series yet? You are mos def missing out. The Score is my third book by Ms. Kennedy and after that ending I’m anticipating the next book in the series.

This novel is also a wise, deep, moving epic by an exceptional writer. The author brings her game A and gives us a mind-blowing story. These characters are unique and refreshing. There are fabulous stand-alone set pieces, engaging characters, glorious prose and a soul-stirring look into the various lives of human. This is an immensely readable novel. As a huge, massive, seriously devoted fan of The Deal by Elle Kennedy, I was over the top thrilled to see the success of her new series Off-Campus. I enjoyed reading about people in college who had dreams and goals; who experienced things in their lives which shaped who they were and when confronted with real challenges, pulled from within... muscled through...coming out the other end, better. I also loved how for Dean and Allie they didn’t expect anything from the other, and in return they both ended up needing each other for different reasons. Dean may have had a playboy exterior, but beneath that façade he was so much more, and Allie was the one to see past it and accept Dean for the wonderful man he was. Dean and Allie are one of my favorite book couples, I think they are perfect together. The Score, newest addition to Kennedy’s series, is not disappointing either. It delivered exactly what I’ve been craving from NA and had everything I learned to expect from Kennedy’s work: great banter, hot sex scenes, swoony and touching moments and fabulous characters! It was flirty, sexy and damn cute. We have tons of lust, lots of sassiness and wittiness, a tad bit of drama and complex, vivid characters you won’t be able to not fall in love with. See, I am still all gooey inside. No, currently, there is no movie project for this novel. Where can I read the The Score by Elle Kennedy?I also caught myself rolling my eyes a few times, for instance during the tomato scene which seemed immature and unrealistic.

I really can't find anything to complain about this book. I finished it with a huge smile on face because it met all my expectations, and I hope it will meet yours, too!

Allie doesn't do casual sex yet she finds herself waking to a very naked Dean beside her and visions of a crazy night full of everything sexual fantasies are made of. No wonder Dean has the reputation of screwing half the female student body at Briar. But it's a one and done. She doesn't do hook-ups and definitely not with the notorious Dean Di Laurentis. The Series. This is my go to, my all star, my most recommended NA one. I do NOT want it to end and it breaks my heart knowing there is only ONE more left. Although, I will be continuously re-reading it. I saw a lot of potential in this author and the series keeps getting BETTER and BETTER (if that's even possible). I love the way the stories intertwine and I get to continuously read about familiar faces. Each novel has it's own unique love story and I HIGHLY recommend reading them if you haven't so already.
