It is The Thing that bumps up any date attire, and I have sirened many men, amorous and admiring, with that 'something's so delicious! But you can push tackiness to the point it becomes almost high art, which I suppose the VS line did a long time ago. People say it's generic, and I can feel why -- nonetheless, this is an easily recognizable and very special scent to me, personally. Yes pretty "generic" however you can't deny it's a VS classic and many tried to mimic this scent after it released.

Immediately turned into a cloud-of-hairspray smell as soon as it found itself dabbed on my wrists, neck, and behind-the-ears. I believe it has been reformulated thought because the smell is different from the last time i have purchased it back in 2019, its less sweet smelling which is disappointing because i love sweet perfumes. It does have a carefree, non-pretentious, youthful vibe to it and any person of any age can have that.It's so instantly recognizable as a perfume, I definitely wouldn't recommend wearing it if you want to turn heads and be noticed for wearing something unusual. i wish VS would do a mild reformulating, because i'd probably use the hell out of it, if it lasted better.

I tend to save it for days in early spring and late summer when the humidity where I live isn’t so overpowering. my mom gave the rest of this to me after using up most of it, so i never used a lot, mostly just a spurt or two on my neck. Honestly, I don't get "fruity" with this, it smells quite floral (possibly a more sweet floral than a true floral) and has somewhat of a shampoo or hairspray like quality, but it doesn't smell bad. If so, you have definitely smelled this before, and honestly, you probably have smelled it even if you haven’t been to an American mall lately.For anyone who's curious about what this smells like, simply walk into your nearest Victoria's Secret and there you have it. The most interesting thing about Bombshell is that, as it fades, it remains sweet-tart and citrus-y fresh for hours. you can get somewhat better longevity on clothes from the edp if you use it like a body spray, which makes me wonder why it isnt marketed as such. Like a bunch of wet, colorful bathing suits, and party cups full of margarita, festooned on a dry, sun-bleached log. Fortunately it appears 'Amber Romance' also has the lucky side effect of repelling bugs, so I bought that too as a mist just incase and it's a little more mellow.

my mom and I were trailing in the back while I huffed hand lotion from her purse bc the smell was so abhorrent to me when to my surprise, an Angel walked past me — in the form of our friends' gorgeous and awesome older sister in college. This smells like the sort of perfume your husband's 23 year old bubbly, blonde, busty assistant might leave in his car after they attend a client meeting together. i'm not an oriental-spicy-perfumes lover (in that case it would be predictable that i wouldn't like bombshell), i actually like lighter perfumes, but this really it's tooooo light. This perfume isn't a super light one but they offer a body spray version if you find it a bit too strong.

Definitely worth a sniff if you're looking for a nice clean, pretty, fruity, greenish smelling summer scent. I'm going to try layering this with PINK's latest Warm and Cozy (2023- passionfruit, vanilla, toasted coconut) and see how it goes. The perfect selection of fruits for summer, but I’m wearing this in springtime and it’s very lovely and feminine.
