About that Sriracha-Mayo… This was so fabulous and gave the cheese bombs just the right amount of heat. If you like a lot of heat, serve with Sriracha straight up or increase the ratio of Sriracha to mayonnaise. Drink Pairing: It can be enjoyed on its own or is superb with some fruit and and a good red wine, like our Dolcetta de Alba

I use one 16.3-ounce tube Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Butter Tastin’ Biscuits to make this recipe, which contains 8 biscuits. I’ve also served them with caramelized onions on top of the bombs. You could add the onions to the inside as well. Let me know what other variations you come up with. Since then Andrew's dad had championed many cheese competitions and in 2006 Andrew himself did a clean sweep and took all the prizes at the Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show, which was named 'The Battle of the Lancashires'. Only Lancashire cheeses were allowed to enter this competition.

Would you prefer to serve these as an easy appetizer or alongside a meal? No matter how you serve them, these Herbed Cheese Bombs are the bomb!! 💣 Incredible Cheese Bombs come together easily and this is a recipe that kids can help with. Cut individual biscuits in half and flatten the dough with your fingers. Place a 1-inch by 1-inch piece of your favorite cheese, I used medium cheddar, in the center and wrap the dough around the cheese like a blanket. Pinch the bombs closed, ensuring no holes remain, and then roll into balls with your hands. After all the biscuits have been used up, roll them in melted butter and then in a fabulous mixture of fresh Parmesan cheese, minced garlic and dried parsley. Don’t start the butter step until all the cheese bombs have been rolled. Otherwise, butter will get on your hands and then on some of the dough preventing the bombs from sealing.

Can things get any easier than opening a can of biscuits (BTW! Do you freak out when it pops? I totally do!!), placing a square piece of mozzarella and pinching the seams. For this recipe, I used about 3 oz. of the cheese, cubed into ¾" pieces. You may have some leftover. You need 10 pieces for 10 biscuits. Then they are ready for a little garlic Ranch butter brush and off to the oven they go for 14 minutes. They are best served while still warm and dipped in marinara sauce. Woah! Tips for making the best Cheese Bombs: There’s nothing better than diving into soft, warm, buttery bread fresh from the oven. Except when it’s stuffed with cheese. Cheese trumps all.It has proven to be a great success in the North of England and is spreading South rapidly by word of mouth due to the great taste and originality of the product. So these mozzarella cheese bombs were just what I need, delicious and easy to make. How to make mozzarella cheese bombs: Wrap biscuit dough around cubes of mozzarella cheese, pinch the ends to seal in the cheese, then roll into a ball and place on baking sheet.
