As big tahini fans, we were inspired by the many recipes incorporating the sesame flavour in surprising and innovative ways. The cuisine itself is a sunny cuisine and Hoffman captures that aspect beautifully, as do the book’s photographs.For years the Mediterranean diet has been lauded as an incredibly healthy one, and this book exemplifies that.
