I bought this for my son's 4th birthday, he's progressed from mega blocks to Duplo and loves anything to do with pirates so two way winner, he loves it.

This past weekend, I helped them build some Duplo tall ships for the “good guys” to use to fight pirates. Most adults with no prior modeling experience would have no trouble completing a kit of skill level 2.To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Duplo blocks by Lego have always been my favorite for the fore mentioned reasons and also because they are easier to keep up with and are easily spotted, unlike the ones designed for ages 8+, too. As he is at the top end of the age range for this item i was worried it might be seen as a bit 'babyish' but no he loved it and it was one of the most played with toys this Christmas!
