That one fight scene in episode five of Loki may tip the balance, and Jonathan Major’s performance was flawless in the finale. commands the jötnar in his hall to spread straw on the benches, for Freyja has arrived to marry him. Loki and his three children by Angrboda were all bound in some way, and were all destined to break free at Ragnarok to wreak havoc on the world.

I watched them all and enjoyed them and thought that was that and wait for the new movies to come out. In the Poetic Edda, Loki appears (or is referenced) in the poems Völuspá, Lokasenna, Þrymskviða, Reginsmál, Baldrs draumar, and Hyndluljóð.In stanza 35 of the Poetic Edda poem Völuspá, a völva tells Odin that, among many other things, she sees Sigyn sitting very unhappily with her bound husband, Loki, under a "grove of hot springs".

I still love it because it's Marvel but I wish LEGO had made better choices with some pieces and figures in general. Unsurprisingly, the recent The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series is represented by those titular characters. The Æsir and the Jötnar have a literal love-hate relationship: they are just as likely to fight as they are to marry and/or have children.I know I am 50% Norwegian, but I never actually knew virtually anything about Norse Mythology when I was growing up—and, I am just learning about it, as an adult. The colour scheme of dark red and black definitely appears suitably muted and achieves impressive accuracy, featuring nice stripes across her chestplate alongside intricate straps around the shoulders.

Once again, a single smiling expression would be fine, but the second should appear prepared for combat. The individual quality of these minifigures is therefore beyond doubt, although minor flaws are apparent.

I mean I'm glad we finally have a Marvel CMF series and I love some of these figures to death, but I really hate some of the choices LEGO made here. The more significant issue is definitely this character selection, which could perhaps have been improved by including Agatha Harkness or John Walker, among others.
