It isn't a complete rarities collection as tracks like The Empty Bullring are omitted, but it saves hunting down all the CD singles and means you can play, for instance, the 12-inch versions of Hounds of Love singles in one go (that's Disc One) or Kate's covers of other peoples' songs (Disc Four).
