This gin is deliciously light with a sweetened gooseberry flavour and has hints of pear that has its roots in a classic dry gin. We have continued to farm and manage our picturesque corner of England since then, and more recently have begun to dabble in the wonderful world of spirits! Once your gooseberry gin has steeped for long enough, your gin-soaked fruit can be turned into gooseberry gin jam. The Slingsby Marmalade Gin combined with the bitter grapefruit and sweet syrup leave the taste of the continent dancing on your tongue. Combining our expertise, we constructed some brilliant cocktails that allow the unique and individual flavours of their gin shine through, without overpowering the drink.
