There is a mixture of theme tunes and songs from many of the Cbeebies shows over the last couple of years.

Trouble is, I didn't know what to do with myself, and ended up listening to a random Spanish holiday cd, and Radio 2. If you're expecting a classic rock album look elsewhere, if you're looking for something to keep the little ones entertained on journeys and can cope with having to listen to lots of little ditties then this is just the thing. He soon overcame his confusion why the shows were not on the TV and happily pranced and danced around the room the songs on the album.Little man instantly recognised familiar songs from his favourite shows such as Baby Jake, Mr Bloom’s Nursery, In the Night Garden, Raa Raa the Noisy Lion and Waybuloo. They chose brand new songs from Mr Tumble's latest series and Nina and the Neurons - however it has the old lunch time song which hasn't been on TV in over a year.

As little man loves music I was pleased when we were given the chance to review a brand new album filled with songs from the popular TV channel CBeebies. Disc 1 6 Mike the Knight (Theme Tune) Disc 1 7 Meet the Veggies (Mr Bloom's Nursery) Disc 1 8 Gigglebiz (Theme Tune) Disc 1 9 In the Night Garden. This DVD is the best DVD ever you could purchase for your children for home and long journeys in the car.

The only downside I can think of is that the game's theme is really secondary to the gameplay/mechanisms. I like that it features big names, popular shows and commonly heard songs from CBeebies which means CBeebies fans will recognise many of the shows and songs featured on the album. As well as being great for little man to dance to I think the fact that the album is a compilation of different styles of music it introduces him to different music.

Every time little man hears music being played he looks like he is auditioning for Strictly Come Dancing, as he gets all excited and starts strutting his stuff as he dances to the music. I bought the 2010 version of this album first, but my 19 month old daughter noticeably fretted more in the car when songs she did not know came on.We have a couple of CD’s that the kids enjoy, namely Hands Up by Justin Fletcher and a Nursery Rhyme album, also sung by Justin and having listened to them millions many times, I was starting to wish for a change. It is lovely to see him have so much fun dancing and I think it is great that because it is an album I do not have to have the TV on for little man to dance to songs from his favourite shows and it is great that his favourite songs can be played again and again. Seeing little man’s reaction of delight and glee to hearing songs from his favourite shows brings a huge smile to my face and the fact that his excitement is infectious and the songs are catchy means I have not been able to resist having a little boogie myself, having had lots of fun joining little man for a mad dance to this album.

We have a couple of CDs made especially for her, titled "Really Very Annoying CD" and "Annoying vol 2", featuring such wonders as Agadoo, Chocolatte, Star Trekkin', Purple People Eater, and "1,2,3,4,5" (actually Mambo Number 5).
