Firstly, I like the sound of the ingredients list in this Sioris mist more, and find it interesting how depending on spring or autumn production the first ingredient is different, either green plum for spring or Yuja for autumn. I like the sound of the autumn production more, however, my one has 78% Prunus Mume Fruit Water (Green Plum) as the first ingredient and a bunch of extra fragrance components at the end so it is from the Spring production. There has been some healthy controversy surrounding them due to a few studies finding paraben presence in breast tumours and breast tissue. However, the majority of the scientific community have deemed these findings non-conclusive due to the limitations of these studies. The Silicone-free label only includes the most common Silicone ingredients that have indentified been reported by individuals that could potentially cause issues.

If not, don't worry about it - they do have had one of the longest safety records as preservatives! The Sioris Time is Running Out Mist is a 3-in-1 multi care biphasic formula that works as a toner, mist and serum oil. It adds a boost of hydration and moisture to the skin, and can be used throughout the day. The mist has a watery, non-greasy formula which is divided into a layer of hydration and oil, that creates a moisture barrier on the skin to prevent water loss. If you've ever used a skincare, makeup or beauty product that's made your skin look and feel smoother tempoarily - it's likely contained Silicone. They are a popular class of ingredients found in cosmetics due to their smooth, soft, easy-to-spread and smooth properties that help creates an artificial layer/barrier on top of skin or hair (commonly found in conditioners). This bi-phasic oil mist can be applied whenever the skin feels thirsty for a refreshing boost of hydration. Seasonal organic fruit "Yuja" water is used instead of water, so you get extra long-lasting nourishing benefits from your mist! The mist also uses organic seasonal water as a base instead of purified water to boost the skin's nourishment. This base uses 36.1% citrus water, from locally sourced Korean citrons. Third, jojoba oil moisturizes the skin through a unique dual action:on the one hand, it mixes with sebum and forms a thin, non-greasy, semi-occlusive layer; on the other hand, it absorbs into the skin through pores and hair follicles thendiffuses into the intercellular spaces of the outer layer of the skin to make it soft and supple. HAHA. Sorry, I’m probably overreacting but I really wanted to get this for quite some time. And when I got this, it was during some Shopee sale so YES!

The oil layer is composed of three plant oils (macadamia seed oil, jojoba seed oil, and sunflower seed oil) to deliver more long-lasting nourishment and moisturization, without any greasiness. Together they transform rough, dry skin to soft, smooth skin. Autumn production:*Citrus Junos Fruit Water (78%), Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Propanediol, Water, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Beta-Carotine, Glycerin, Allantoin, Beta-Glucan, Tocopherol, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil *FROM ORGANIC FARMING **FROM NATURAL ESSENTIAL OILS Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (2%) - Rejuvenates and moisturizes the skin. Hypoallergenic, nourishing, and anti-inflammatory, this soothing ingredient is great for sensitive skin.

They help loosen up the dirt and grime from your skin and hair to allow for water to wash it away with ease. The water layer contains 79% organic plum water to provide instant hydration to thirsty skin. Yuzu water also provides antioxidant protection, which can help to diminish the appearance of aging and rejuvenate skin for a more youthful appearance. It’s been a little over 2 months now and I’ve been using it less frequently these days because I’m already at half bottle omg :'( pH of 5.58±1. Vegan and formulated without artificial fragrances and colors, parabens, sulfates, animal products, alcohol, mineral oils, and silicone.

The water phase is clear, very much alike water. The oil itself has orange color. Since I have an #oilyskin, it felt a little bit oily on my skin, but not too much, I can bare this as its easily absorbed onto my skin. The scent was fresh and citrusy, I love it! There's still a lot of support for avoiding parabens following the better safe than sorry route. If you do we completely support you! It contains 3 types of oils - Macadamia Seed Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil and Sunflower Seed Oil, that are naturally derived and work as high-performance moisturisers. They effectively condition rough and dry skin, making it soft and supple. These oils also help strengthen the skin barrier, and add a healthy glow.If your skin is dry after washing your face, you surely need to spritz more than if you were to use this as a second step or final step. Springtime production: *Prunus Mume Fruit Water(78%), Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil, Propanediol, Water, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Beta-Carotine, Glycerin, Allantoin, Beta-Glucan, Tocopherol, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil (* indicates organic farming) If you are sensitive to essential oils I advise you to patch test first or just avoid it altogether. My skin sometimes reacts badly to products containing essential oils, but it didn’t with this one so I do wonder if it’s a specific essential oil that I usually react to that’s not in this one. Sioris is formulated with the highest quality fresh and organic ingredients such as yuzu, green tea, and organic plum water - rich in antioxidants and nourishing properties to revitalize skin. Saved some moolah (does anyone still use this term lol) while getting what I wanted. 😀 That’s what I call a win rofl.

I like that it dispenses as a smooth even spritz without splattering or spitting. It doesn’t feel like it’s hitting me in the face, but more like it’s falling gently onto my skin. Upon application, it feels quite refreshing and uplifting, and the subtle spa-like scent in the air (not as strong as the neogen one) makes the atmosphere quite relaxing. See how I said in the air rather than on my face? that’s because I really don’t like the idea of having essential oils on my face but don’t mind the scent of it in my surroundings. On the face, the scent doesn’t linger for long which is good. Parabens are a large group of preservatives which are used to prevent bacteria growing in cosmetic formulations. Appearance & Texture:Through the bottle, you can see the separated clear water essence at the bottom and a thin layer of yellow oil on top with some drops of oil floating around in the clear part. After shaking the bottle, both layers mix well together showing a slightly cloudy yellow liquid that isn’t separated. In the mixed state, once sprayed on the skin, it appears as a clear lightweight mist and has a smooth texture that doesn’t feel greasy. Sometimes if it isn’t mixed thoroughly enough specs of yellow spritz out onto the skin too. When you set the bottle down in an upright position the oil and water layers slowly start separating again. Nr. 2 magic property is that licorice is a potent anti-inflammatory. Glabridin has also some soothing properties but the main active anti-inflammatory component is glycyrrhizin. It’s used to treat several skin diseases that are connected to inflammation including atopic dermatitis, rosacea or eczema. Additionally, products that may contain ingredients that have shown to feed Malassezia may not neccessarily exacerbate the condition due to concentration of ingredient used in the product, this information is simply not available on the products. If you are concerned about the health safety of parabens, then feel free to avoid them by looking out for the Paraben-Free icon. There is just one catch regarding glabridin and licorice: the amount of glabridin in commercial licorice extracts can vary a lot. We have seen extracts with only 4% glabridin as well as 40% glabridin. The latter one is a very-very expensive ingredient, so if you are after the depigmenting properties try to choose a product that boasts its high-quality licorice extract. This is my favourite spray! It comes out like a beautiful fine mist and is really hydrating. I love the smell of this too. Leaves a gorgeous glow to the skin. I've been using this face mist religiously for a couple of years now and it revolutionised my skincare, I can't live without it For oily skin types, you can layer this one and use as your toning + serum steps, followed by your favorite moisturizer
