Responses were unusually prompt, communication was clear for what information they needed from me and what solution they could offer. A new bed arrived in just a few days. Couldn't be happier. The service was incredible. You know when a company is good when something goes wrong and how they handle to put it right. It was fast, easy, and effective. Jordan on the customer service side really helped. I write as someone who was once a Customer Service Manager in a different sector. My experience has been absolutely first class.

Concerning the product, it looks fine overall - only the raised pillow is proving to be more of an annoyance than a plus. Firstly I love my product of 2 man pop up tent. Last weekend there was a small issue with it I was looking to resolve and willing to cover costs. Ended up with a new tent! EXCELLENT customer service , not just the outcome which was beyond my expectation- but more importantly fast, timely responses over a bank holiday weekend including the sun and mon!! WOW! I was dealing with Mario and he could not of been better!
