Ben Cort's illustrations are fun and colourful, perfectly capturing Claire Freedman's words and help children engage with the story. If your kids are looking for some new books to read, why not give them something that’s both educational and entertaining? This was cute and fun. The illustrations are nice and the rhythm of the book is easy enough to find. The plot is pretty clear and it is well paced, this is probably one of the better books in the series. Though at the same time, the series is fairly repetitive in a way.

I live on the Essex coast in a lovely two-bed-roomed flat, which I share with my husband, Michael.
