A sliding mitre saw is usually beneficial over a fixed saw head, as it means you'll be able to cut to much larger widths. These are however larger, making them harder to store, and heavier, which can be an issue for transporting them. Note: For operational efficiency empty the Dust Bag when it becomes 2/3 full. Dispose of the contents of the Dust Bag in an environmentally responsible way. It may be necessary to wear a dust mask when emptying the Dust Bag Operate the switch to turn on the machines motor. Release the switch to turn off the machines motor.

If the mitre saw is fitted with a laser it shall not be replaced with a different type. If the laser fails to operate it shall be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or his authorised agent. The saw blade shall only be replaced as detailed in this Instruction Manual. Note:When permanently mounting the Fury6 we recommend that the four (4) rubber feet located underneath each of the mounting holes are removed and stored safely for possible future use.

The Angle Plate can now be slid into the Rip Fence channel found at the front of the machine table. (Fig. 20) There is nothing that this saw can’t cut and everything from wood, aluminium, plastic, and steel can all be cut with this tool using one blade. Just like many other saws that have come before it, this one has a multipurpose carbide-tipped blade that is made in Japan. This blade offers high-level performance and quality.
