Description

When recovered Derek states “He’s a bad one, he’s a bad one, he’s evil, he’s evil.” Indeed. Kreed Kafer Ashley seems to get possessed by some sort of demonic entity, calling out for it, and then gets audibly assaulted by an unseen force, leaving a mark on her head. The Bridge greets the entire crew with harm, with Zak feeling like he was being strangled, and Aaron is thrown nearly twenty feet by something. Along with capturing a pair of free-floating red eyes at the entrance to the forest, Goatman's Bridge became one of the most active locations explored by the Ghost Adventures crew, and perhaps the scariest. The teams three-part investigation of a huge grade II listed building in Staffordshire proved to be one of their most active yet. All three parts are worth a watch, but it was in the second episode that viewers were wowed by the building. While the team were investigating the ghostly goings on at the Ancient Ram Inn, a former pub in Wotton-under-Edge with the reputation as the most haunted in the UK, Stuart had his biggest scare to date.

When Series 12 aired, it was mixed in with an 8 part mini series entitled Most Haunted USA. The 8 episodes in the mini series later became known as Series 13 After it was broadcast this episode became controversial. Ciarán O'Keeffe later gave an interview to the press that Derek mentioning or being possessed by spirits Kreed Kafer and Rik Eedles was proof of his suspicions that he was faking the investigations. O'Keefe alleged he'd fabricated the names (from anagrams of 'Derek Faker' and 'Derek Lies') and asked crew members to intentionally mention them to Derek during the investigation. [3] During the episode O'Keeffe simply reports that there was no record of anyone with the name Kreed Kafer connected with the gaol. Edinburgh's South Bridge was built in 1785-88 to cross the valley between the High Street and George Square. Beneath the 19 enormous stone arches, a series of floors and walls were constructed to create a series of underground vaults. These were used by local shops and businesses as workshops and storage space.Until the fifteenth century we depend on tradition for our knowledge of the people who owned Aberglasney. From that point onwards the property was sold to a different family roughly at the start of each new century and a strange seesaw pattern of wealth alternating with misfortune emerging.

Few amongst the dedicated army of Most Haunted fans will ever forget the Edinburgh Vaults special, broadcast live from the eerie location. The Edinburgh Vaults, which were constructed in the late 1700s, has a rich and morbid history. Originally built to be used for storage space for local South Bridge businesses, the Vaults were eventually taken over by city slum dwellers and the poor, as well as prostitutes. The Vaults were small, dark, dirty and cramped. Many were ill and unhappy there. Most Haunted undertook a Live special from the Vaults in 2006, and the results were frightening and unnerving. In a 2015 episode the team captured some compelling evidence. Although the evidence is much less dramatic than other examples on this list, it was captured in a more scientific manner by the show's resident skeptic, Glen Hunt. TV shows featuring real people telling their ghost stories are a dime a dozen these days, and it's easy to see why. Who doesn't like to get a little scared in the safety of their own home? The fact that the stories are said to be true just adds to the decadence. Haunted, which recently released its third season on Netflix, brings its offering of the genre in an enjoyably unique way. Moments later, Fred put a pin in the left arm of the doll and once again Stuart reacted, "it's happening on that arm as well." Yvette then twigged, "is this what Fred is doing? Is he doing a voodoo doll?" In 2016 the team conducted an all night investigation at a 13th century property which is said to be haunted by a grey lady and ghostly singing.

While sitting quietly, Yvette begins to goad the spirit to which Derek screams “CON. FRON. TATION!” while Yvette immediately flies to the other end of the room with an impressive speed.

While at Knottingley Town Hall in Yorkshire in 2015, the team's resident demonologist, Fred Batt showed off his witchcraft skills with a voodoo experiment. In a 2004 three-night investigation of Most Haunted Live in Essex, a possessed Derek turns threatening towards host Yvette Fielding in The Thorn Hotel. Seemingly entered by the spirit of a man called Francis, who seems to have immense difficulty in recalling his surname, and dislikes Fielding’s attempts to uncover it. Temperature fluctuations from extreme cold to uncomfortable heat are found throughout the structure. Furniture and doors have been heard moving and the sounds of shuffling footsteps are common. The episode ends with Yvette and Karl holding one last vigil in part of the museum, which was dressed up to look like a military dental surgery, but the investigation was cut short when Yvette let out an almighty and prolonged scream, and ran from the building with a worried Karl following. Aside from Acorah’s Most Haunted escapades, throughout his career he was also kept busy by various dead celebrities wishing to connect with him.
