I love the ‘twinkly’ effect of the No 7 Illuminator, it’s a nice product which perks my foundation up nicely when mixed in, but it’s not essential to my make-up wearing routine. It is lovely even under thicker foundations but since it is not very strong, just with a subtle glow, I would not expect to show too much.

The only thing that's bad is the brush, but i've ripped it off and use it as a foundation brush now! I use this product in the peach as I am fairly tanned and have yellow undertones, I'd recommend the pink for paler complexions or pink undertones. Got this in peach, mix it with my revlon colourstay to stop the 'dead' look that foundation has otherwise. For dinner parties nothing beats the elegance of the classic After Eight or Bendicks Chocolate Mint Crisps especially when teamed with a Lavazza Espresso or Taylor's Rich Italian coffee. I tried mixing it with foundations instead of using it as a primer but do not think it works that great.

It has a lightweight, silky feel and although it isn’t especially moisturising, it leaves skin looking as though it has been thoroughly buffed with a nourishing face oil. If you are overseas you may not be able to get hold of the formula that you are familiar with and this where we come in!

It seemed to separate the foundation and the foundation did not look as nice as it usually does so I would be careful what you mix it with. You can wear it on top or under foundation, but I prefer to mix it with mine as it gives a really nice glow to my skin, without looking greasy.I got this product just a few days ago and I just love it already I got the pink as I'm quite fair, the only thing is the brush is a waste of time it would use up to much of the product so I just ripped it off and discarded it, I apply the product to my cheeks with my fingers patting it on gives a beautiful glow to the skin.
