being new to any sort of exercise equipment I am happy to say how straight forward and easy to set up and use it there's nothing fiddly so you can just get on with your exercise when you want no problem. except for 1 fault in assembling it, the holes on the hand bars were not in alignment making it very hard work to screw together, but other than that.

I gave it 4 stars because I do not feel that the heart monitor is very accurate as it tends to jump from 60bpm to 130 in seconds. Also putting it together I found a couple of screws missing, aside to this it only took 20 or so minutes to put together and the 2 issues I mentioned were resolved by way of compensation from Branx, which regained my faith and made me want to give a 5 star rating. I am 6ft and was concerned that this treadmill might be a bit too small for me, Branx assured me I didn? We were always kept informed about progress and the machine then arrived as promised and has seen heavy use over the last two years. I've been using it once a week since I got it so I'd get used to it and I think it's as good if not better than some of the gym treadmills I've used.There are more than enough programs but I prefer to adjust it manually as the controls and readouts are all easy to use and read.

I have had my treadmill since July and I wanted to wait a couple of months before I wrote a review so I could test it properly.This treadmill has proved to be a great asset in the house for keeping up with regular exercise without being exposed to the outside elements. The only way I found is to hit the pause button about a second from the end and then maybe take a photo of the screen. New model arrived In December 2012 I have been using it for several weeks and it is a far superior model to the previous two. Overall I’m very happy with the product and think the service received is excellent and very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this treadmill to others, just ensure you have help available to assist moving it on arrival, it is well with it in the long run!

Very well built and fairly quiet when running and the speaker for the ipod is good and is certainly a bonus as I can listen to my music while others watch the TV or can have it playing out loud. Branx was recommended to me by a colleague of mine and i can honestly say i will never go anywhere else ever again for a treadmill. Getting out of the box was a bit of a nightmare and initial set up was tricky as you need to be an all in wrestler or have several friends over to help you.Fabulous quality, great, useful features, I especially like the custom made programme where you programme your own workout. Before we had nearly new technogym and lifefitness treadmills but came across this one at a trade show. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Fantastic quality, perfect length running belt for 5ft 8 upwards so you don't end up shortening your stride which would have impact on your technique and also joints, excellent inclines, haven't used the programmes yet as I'm currently recovering from surgery so unable to use it but my 14 year old son who the machine was bought for also is a sprinter, 5ft 8 and still growing hasn't touched on the programs yet but has been using it everyday since it was put together a week ago.
