Some furniture and larger items will have longer lead times as they may be delivered direct from the supplier. For items of this nature - the expected delivery times will be communicated to the customer. We deliver throughout the island of Ireland; all deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available. Delivery is between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the goods within the specified time resulting from shipment/delivery delays from our suppliers. Depending on the shape and weight of your item we may need to ship via a pallet/pallets or similar method. Which carries an extra delivery charge outlined in the table above. Please note all pallet deliveries are delivered curbside - this is due to the policies of our external delivery partner and we apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. Your goods will be delivered by courier kerbside. The courier will hand over the delivery to you at the pavement outside your property. The courier will not be in a position to arrange movement of goods within the property.We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you. Application: Brush, roller, airless spray,conventional spray. STIR THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE. Seal all new or bare surfaces with a thinned coat of Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint (up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint). The normal finishing process is 2 full coats of Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint, but on previously painted surfaces in good condition, where similar colours are used, 1 coat may be sufficient. In normal conditions two coats of Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint properly applied to the substrate in accordance with the instructions will perform satisfactorily for up to 15 years giving good colour stability (as part of BBA certificate 97/3383). Sealed products not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons which have been unsealed; and

Coopsuperstores.ie provides nationwide delivery using fully insured couriers, to get your product delivered on time anywhere in Ireland. Please notify us immediately if any incorrectly supplied goods have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to inform us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery if any item has been incorrectly supplied.

We cannot provide a specific delivery time to customers as it depends solely on each individual couriers schedule. If you exercise the right to return in accordance with the above, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.On your delivery day, our courier will call-ahead to let you know when to expect your delivery, unless it's very early in the morning. It is your sole responsibility to be available to take this call.
