Barb Payne (voiced by Kathleen Barr) is the villain of The Con Job who is a former actress who is angry at her co-star, Rocco Sage, for being cast in a movie after Barb was cut out from the movie. She kidnaps Rocco and ties her to a missile, hoping she would die if the missile failed to launch. Shani tries to reason with Barb, but she is not convinced and doesn't believe her. She later is arrested.

Midge: A strawberry blonde doll with a "Dutch boy" straight hair with bangs usually wearing overalls.
