Description

A town which simply dispersed due to the failing economy in isiolated rural townships at this time, or a military town which was abandoned once the operation ran it's course. Some have suggested the 'Project Sanguine' builds of the 80's as an explanation for Doveland's sudden disappearance. [4]

Perhaps we are unable to understand our universe in much the same way that a video game character has no concept of the person playing the game or the world outside of it.Similar to Werner, a town or unorganized settlement that was destroyed by damming. However, the cities that ‘disappeared’ in this way were well documented historically. A city that at this time was scattered into separate rural townships due to the failing economy, or a military city that was abandoned once it was out of operation. Some have suggested ‘Project Sanguine’ of the ’80s as an explanation for Dowland’s sudden disappearance.

It has been suggested that T-shirts and mugs associated with Doveland may be examples of bot-generated advertisements based on users’ recent search history. The fourth theory is similar to the third; perhaps Doveland was a military town that ceased to exist after the operation or war ended. Such temporary towns are known, but there is no corroborating evidence in the memories of those who recalled Doveland to suggest this. In the heart of Wisconsin there was once a small town called Doveland. But then something strange happened. Doveland disappeared in the 1990s. That is right, an entire town with buildings and residents vanished in thin air and left nothing behind. It’s something of a creepy Mandela effect, but this is how the story goes: Supposedly, there was a town in Wisconsin – located in the “heart of the state” – called Doveland and at one point in the ’90s, it simply… disappeared. But the strange thing is, there are no historical documents that prove the existence of Doveland. And don’t bother looking for any maps proving Doveland’s location, either; you won’t find it there. The town of Urkhammer, IA was once a bustling, but strangely silent, little burg. However, it faded away in the early 1930s, and those who tried to visit found themselves passing through buildings “as easily as a potato passes through the smoke of a campfire.” The legend of Urkhammer has taken hold online among afficionados of creepy stories and unexplained events. Others believe Doveland didn’t actually disappear at all – you just can’t see it. Supposedly, you can sometimes see the ghostly outline of a town and its buildings, along with the residents. Of course, you’d have to know where Doveland even is to get a glimpse of this mostly hidden town.

Nobody today remembers Doveland. There is allegedly tourist memorabilia from the town that still exists – t-shirts, mugs, postcards, etc. – but the town is gone. It was also removed from maps and razed by the powers-that-be, either to cover up what happened, or out of fear that it might happen again. Outside of memories and stories from relatives there are also ephemera such as mugs and shirts bearing Doveland's name. [1] According to what is almost certainly a piece of anonymous fiction originally published in 2015 on the blog Strange State, the town of Urkhammer, IA, was once a bustling (if strangely silent) little burg. But it was always weird, even when it was at its most active, and the stylized account describes aerial photographs which “showed only empty fields where there should have been homes and streets and stores.” One last quote put it succinctly: “As someone who has lived in various places in Wisconsin for over 30 years and has been in the Army, never once has any single person ever mentioned Doveland.”Equivalent to Werner, a metropolis or unorganized settlement that turned into as soon as destroyed by damming. Nonetheless, the cities that ‘disappeared’ on this form were successfully documented historically. Embark on an extraordinary journey with inhabitants of the small town of Doveland as they traverse across dimensions, gathering like-minded individuals into their Karass, a collective that is as risky as it is empowering. Their journey takes a sudden turn when they are confronted with a death that teaches them about time travel. Every tragic event only strengthens their resolve to stand together, and their collective abilities grow, allowing them to face escalating threats with unyielding courage and resilience.
