Ovens weigh between 225kg and 670kg, whilst masonry BBQs can weigh over a tonne. Most ovens are delivered in one piece, unless stated, whilst the BBQs can be in separate parts. One issue people have though is that the unit leaks a bit of smoke because it seems the seal just doesn’t close tight enough. Therefore, you might stink up the place with some smoke but if you’re serious about smoked meat, I doubt it is too much of an issue.

If there is no-one available to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to the local distribution centre and an additional re-delivery charge will be incurred. The smoke from small wood chunks or chips placed on a heat source such as charcoal slowly cooks the food and infuses it with flavour. What is the difference between hot and cold smoking? The Camerons original stovetop smoker doesn’t offer temperature control because there is no built-in thermometer.
