Description

Adiseal is a robust and flexible adhesive specifically formulated for bonding PVC and numerous other plastics. While it excels in creating strong bonds on PVC materials, it is important to note that it is not suitable for some plastics like polypropylene or polyethylene. To achieve the utmost bond strength, ensuring the thorough cleanliness of both surfaces is of utmost importance. Adiseal proves to be an excellent choice for PVC cladding, PVC trunking, PVC pipes, and various other items that require a strong and flexible PVC adhesive solution. Allow the adhesive to cure as per the manufacturer’s instructions. This typically involves giving it sufficient time to dry and develop a strong bond. Keep in mind that curing times can vary depending on the type of adhesive used, environmental conditions, and the materials being bonded. Current trends in appliance manufacturing are towards the use of glass to give a uniform appearance. Where tempered glass has been used for several years in cooktops and oven doors bonded with high performance two-component silicones, glass is now finding its way into refrigerator and freezer door bonding, dishwasher door bonding, and laundry lid assembly. Elastomeric adhesives are ideally suited to connect this glass to aluminum, powder coated steel, stainless steel, and plastic frames. When using the Leather Glue PU on damaged leather when the damage has gone all the way through, it is recommended that a Leather Repair Sub Patch is used to offer the repair strength and flexibility. Ensure surfaces to be bonded are free from dirt grease and grime; clean and prepare the leather thoroughly and allow to dry.

Adiseal proved to be in a league of its own during the adhesive strength tests, leaving all other grab adhesives in the dust. The superiority of Adiseal was evident, surpassing the competition by more than threefold. In fact, the extraordinary strength of Adiseal was so remarkable that the test had to be prematurely terminated. The sheer force exerted by the hydraulic ram caused the screws securing the metal sheet to tear out, and even the hydraulic ram seal gave way, resulting in fluid leakage. This was also before the Adiseal adhesive bond broke, forcing the test on it to be abandoned. The strength of Adiseal flexible adhesive surpassed the capacity of the test rig itself, solidifying its unrivaled dominance. After the initial curing period, it is advisable to allow additional time for the adhesive to fully cure and reach its maximum strength. This may involve keeping the bonded item in a stable environment with optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Bonds: Metals, wood, glass, mirrors, concrete, masonry, stone, tiles, polystyrene, roof felt, fibreglass, most plastics and many other items.Tip: To store Adiseal once opened, leave about 1cm worth of product out of the nozzle and store the tube upright in a cool dry place. Adiseal requires moisture for it to cure. The exposed part out of the nozzle will cure creating a cap. To re-use Adiseal, pull the cured part out or cut the nozzle until the uncured part is reached. You can also keep your glue in the fridge. Many glues react poorly to heat, so keeping it cool increases its shelf life. Just be sure to clearly and accurately label your glue and keep it out of reach of children. To prevent moisture condensation, allow your glue to reach room temperature before opening and using the product. Following these tips will ensure your glue lasts as long as possible and performs successfully each time.

Press the two pieces of leather together firmly and leave to dry. For securing a Leather Repair Sub Patch when the damage is all the way through the leatherRemove any excess adhesive immediately using a suitable solvent or cleaner recommended by the manufacturer. It’s easier to clean up uncured adhesive before it dries and hardens.
