Our expert chefs have created this classic recipe using 100% British steak. Cooked in our distinctive creamy pepper sauce with a hint of mustard and locally sourced potatoes and onions. All encased in golden baked puff pastry for a delicious slice. Marinate the steak. Slice the steak into 2-inch slices and place them in a bowl. Then add all the marinade ingredients right over the sliced steak. Toss everything together making sure the beef is fully submerged. Cover.
