I think my favorite part of the book is the opening chapter. We get a real and true glimpse of Livy and how she has been for the last few years. It’s hot and passionate and with so much feeling. I can feel her heart breaking second by second. With all of that this book had everything, I wanted in it. I loved the characters. They were real and flawed. Livy was just getting by and it hurt me to read her like this. That is what made me love them both. Parker was struggling as well. Parker was torn and so was Livy. I love love love, Brandon. His friendship with Livy and Staci was amazing. He was just a secondary character. Is it sad that I found myself rooting for him in this book? No, it isn’t becaue I am sure it was setting him up for future int his series. The friendship as well between Staci the ballbuster was awesome. I had heard many great things about WGGGTD, but with a never ending To Be Read list I just hadn't gotten to it. Well I seen it on my kindle & remembered all the hype about it, so I decided to give it a go. Safety. It’s mean to be. Shamed by guilt Parker believes this is his fate. He did the right thing, he knows it in his heart. Does Parker have the ability to pave the road of fate, of what was meant to be, or does he just believe deep down inside that he could never measure up to what he feels she deserves. Is it destiny or is it all just a lie? Sometimes the realization of what we think is best and truth are two totally different things. Sometimes letting go hurts more than holding on ~ and sometimes we realize that living with the consequences of our decisions, is not living at all. Where Good Girls Go to Die was beautifully written and told from both Parker and Liv’s point of view with past and current POV’s.
