As someone who suffered from depression since I was 7, I loved the idea of showing that when everything is dark, there’s always a light in the end. It had all of the banter, laughter and chemistry, as well as dealing with hard and tough conversations. Her struggle with depression was so real and I felt my heart heal a little as she literally put on the armor and hit right back like the damn warrior she was. I look up to you as a beautiful human being, a badass warrior and the incredibly talented author you are.
