Proverbs 3:5-6“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” In the same way that there are many Scriptures that compare God's heart to the heart of a natural father ( Psalm 103:13-14), there are also other verses that speak of a feminine expression of His love. This is one of those passages of Scripture where God is speaking to His people and telling them of His mother's heart for them. Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things (provision) will be added to you.” This means that, though we suffer with him now, we are also co-heirs and will receive an inheritance in heaven in him for eternity. Spend some time imagining what it might be like in the Father’s house with many rooms. Live with him today, so that you can live with him forever. Psalm 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favour and honour; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. If you will make it your business to delight in him, enjoy him, he will put desires in your heart that are from him, and then he will give you those things he causes you to desire. In the light of eternity, our lives will be a moment, a twinkling of an eye, so to speak. In James 4:14, our lives are described this way... Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. (NIV) Don’t allow the evil one to lie to you and say you are still in the same bondage. You are free indeed. Believe it. You are free of unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, rage, lust, and pride. In your flesh, you can still experience temptation, but you are not obligated to the flesh now.James 1:17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. It helps a lot to live according to his principles of work and financial stewardship, but even when we fail at this, he always manages to find a way to see that his children are provided for.

God’s promises about being with us

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. But moreover, God promises to give us eternal salvation. Take a moment to remember the most precious of all God’s promises to us. Thanks to Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, God promises to forgive us and give us eternal life with Him.

Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”In Christ, we can pour ourselves out “like a drink offering” (2 Tim 4:6), but the way of Christ is a light yoke because it is his yoke. Jesus has borne the burden of our salvation, we have only to follow him in his gentle path. When you are feeling weak, especially in your quest to follow, honor, and serve God, He promises “power to the faint.” Colossians 3:24 Knowing that of the Lord you shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for you serve the Lord Christ.

When we put our faith in Christ we are filled with the Holy Spirit. When you do this your life will begin to change dramatically because you are made new. There is a promise for mercy for those who are merciful to others. It is that simple. How much mercy do I need in my life? Do I need just a little, or a lot? And of course my answer is always... "I need as much mercy as I can get!" Isaiah 40:31 But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Jesus promises that his Father’s house has many rooms and there is a place prepared for us with them in heaven (Jn 14:3). Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.John 14:6 Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’ Jesus will come again and will take his own with him at the resurrection of the dead. He promised it just before he rose into heaven, and the last book of the Bible restates it: And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” This means you can become incredibly wise by just asking God. He says that he will not reproach the asker. He will not berate you for being so foolish. Everything that can be known is known by God, and he is willing to share his ways. Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
