I have been in the scene since my early 20s, attending events throughout the UK and also in Germany, mostly London and Berlin. Also, although I like the subtlety of matte rubber, the sight of a person in beautifully-polished rubber is very nice. I’m jealous. I wish I could justify the cost of a custom made outfit or lie in a vacuum bed without feeling self conscious about myself. Also, if anyone thinks they are too big or unshapely for rubber, then they would be surprised at how they can look in it.
