All the kids range from 4-6 have had a play with it also though you cannot put the whole thing in the bath you can take bits off that can go in the bath so it is a hit in this house. The top of the Gup-S lifts up to reveal the creature warming tank which lights up when you press the red button on the side. Designed to withstand the coldest of climates and able to explore icy environments with ease, the Gup-S is the Octonauts' ideal vehicle for polar exploration. All of these items are made from sturdy plastic including the Narwal – Monkey is convinced it’s Captain Barnacle’s old friend Boris – told you he was a fan of the show! The Octonauts GUP-S is recommended for children aged 3 and over due to the smaller parts, but Max loves the large Polar Exploration Vehicle too – it’s big, chunky and has light and sound functions – what’s not to like?Although we have bought him lots of the main ocoto gifts for xmas, this by far will be his favourite I think. Robust, as they all are, but of course you can't take this one into the bath because of the electrics, which is a shame. The brand new Octonauts GUP-S Playset includes the Gup-S, Barnacles in his snow suit, two mini-skis, three interchangeable tools, a narwhal and an iceberg and it can separate into two different vehicles! My little boy absolutely adores this, the sound effects are great on it and he has had hours of fun playing octonauts.
