We get a lot of questions asking what is the difference between Rapid Ceramic Spray and Rapid Aqua Wax. Both are excellent products and have their fair share of fans, but which one is best for you? In this blog post we are going to answer that very question so you can choose the one that best fits your needs. We’ll start off with a brief look at each product. Autoglym Aqua Wax is a great way to top up the wax protection on a car, in between conventional polishing/waxing. Where to buy Finally, it's Muc Off Tyre Foam for the tyres, available from Wilko's ( muc-off.com/products/tyre-foam). A long lasting deep satin shine for the tyres. The thing is with wax is to ensure the car is really clean before you apply it, to that end I clay bar the entire car every 4 months, you'll be amazed the amount of carp it gets off and leaves a truly clean and smooth surface ready for wax.. product/helpAdviseTab.hbs -->

Also used the Instadry for the first time, that is a fantastic product also. I didn’t expect it to be as small as it was but it dried a large saloon with only a few wrings out in between. It seemed to glide across the paintwork and soak up water really well. Some of these products can be used while the paintwork is wet, allowing you to dry off the car and protect it all in one go. Many can also be used as a 'rapid detailer', which removes fine grime between washes to keep your paintwork looking its shiniest. How we tested them However, Aqua Wax does have its limitations. It’s not a polish, so can’t remove scratches, swirls or improve the appearance of dull/faded paintwork. Dedicated polishes are needed in these situations. Pros Natural waxes only come in paste form, and although they take extra effort to use, they produce the best results. The catch? They tend to be more expensive, and also only last for six to eight weeks.Rapid Aqua Wax is the best kept secret in car care. Our carnauba based wax can be applied directly to a wet vehicle straight after washing, giving you a stunning hard wax finish in just a fraction of the time.

Spray wax is more of a top-up product and won't last anywhere near as long as the others but it's still useful if you're in a rush. Keeping your car exterior clean is a great way to take care of the aesthetic of your car as well as its longevity. Follow our step by step guide. Pure carnauba wax is yellow in colour and expensive but will give a deep shine and excellent protection. White carnauba wax contains additives including beeswax and turpentine and is cheaper to buy but will still protect your paintwork. Both types are available in paste, spray and liquid form.

Shake well and apply Rapid Aqua Wax sparingly to all exterior surfaces excluding the windscreen. 2-3 sprays per panel are sufficient. Despite it being a spray wax, it has lasted for 2 months. This is really impressive and definitely worth the money. Which one you choose is up to you, both are very good and you will not be disappointed by either. We hope this post has helped you choose, or you could carry out your own tests and get both!
