Described by head winemaker Josh Donaghay-Spire as displaying “complex aromas of ripe apple, fresh red berries and toasted brioche”, this wine is “perfect for grand celebrations”. The recipe is a combination of flavours of orange and currants with the warming spices of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, rosemary, coriander, and angelica. The resulting juniper-led gin is said to have a fruity and robust finish.
