Man United's players have a CHAIR thrown at them while celebrating Diogo Dalot's strike from outside the box as Erik ten Hag's side defeat Sheffield United David Raya is 'getting hot' under the collar and has 'started to make mistakes', claims Gary Neville... amid his battle with Aaron Ramsdale to be Arsenal No 1 Chelsea organise free coach travel for their fans heading to Wolves for controversial first Christmas Eve Premier League fixture since 1995 Rob uses a computer to communicate after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in December 2019. He will read the story using an eye controlled computer, which recreates the words into a version of Rob’s own voice, allowing him to retain his native Yorkshire accent. Arsenal fan Andy Murray joins Gary Lineker and Gary Neville in dismissing the handball call given against William Saliba at Chelsea

However, the story also tells us about his diagnosis and life with MND and it is a definite tear jerker. This does show the strength and resilience himself and his family have had to endure throughout. Man United deny Jadon Sancho is set to return from his exile after fans thought Erik ten Hag said 'Sancho' and not 'Sergio' in his press conferenceMD of Macmillan Children's Books said: " We have an ongoing commitment to publish important and inspiring books for children and readers of all ages, and this acquisition builds on our reputation for best-selling, important children’s books by some of the most influential names in the world." Even when I remember the shimmering blue streak of Burrow in that 2011 Grand Final, and contrast it silently with the motionless man in the damaged shell of his body, Rob and Lindsey offer a fresh perspective. Lindsey tells me about Dr Agam Jung, the neurologist at the Leeds Clinic which helps him. In Rob’s book, Dr Jung explains that her MND patients want “to find peace in their heads”. She says their acceptance of death means that “our clinic is not morbid or morose. It’s a happy place.” I only hope that there are ghosts so I can watch my family grow up and still protect them Rob Burrow

That depth of friendship, which he has with so many of his former teammates, means Rob is relieved he resisted offers to leave Leeds. He remained a one-club man right until the end for he was an academy coach when the disease changed his life. “I am so glad I did not move. I would have been disappointed with myself because look at the way the club helped me through the disease.” That answer sums up some of the reasons behind the success of this club," said Brian McDermott, the imposing Leeds coach. "Rob obviously wants to start games, but he's shown humility and integrity to do things for the benefit of the team. That's an example of the culture of the club." Aaron Ramsdale admits he fears for his place in the England squad ahead of next summer's Euros after losing his No 1 spot at Arsenal

Burrow, who had already won the Harry Sunderland Trophy as man of the match in the first of the Rhinos' previous Old Trafford victories over Saints in 2007, scored a brilliant individual try in the first half, then laid on the match-winner late in the second for Ryan Hall with another thrilling scamper. When Sinfield ran seven marathons in seven days last December, on behalf of the Burrow family and the fight against MND, Rob said: “We all need a friend like Kevin.” Former Leeds Rhinos scrum-half Rob Burrow MBE was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in December 2019, just two years after ending his playing career by captaining Leeds to a record-extending eighth Super League Grand Final.

Could Ajax be RELEGATED? Rafael van der Vaart warns his former club 'they must think like a relegation candidate' following their woeful start Rob Burrow is one of the greatest rugby league players of all time. And the most inspirational. As a boy, Rob was told he was too small to play the sport. Even when he made his debut for Leeds Rhinos, people wrote him off as a novelty. But Rob never stopped proving people wrong. One of his autobiography’s central themes is how Rob was doubted for so long by people who thought he was far too small to make it in rugby league. Of course, in later years, his speed, intelligence and bravery made such doubts redundant. “I played to my strengths,” Rob explains. “I had speed and agility. I didn’t try to be anything I wasn’t. I never had any doubts. I’m tougher than I look.”
