As you can probably tell this is the first book I have read on investing and I wish I had done something about it sooner. It's hard to take what this guy says seriously after reading the Millionaire Fastlane and living a lifestyle congruent with that book. Being with your partner may feel like rainbows and unicorns, but that doesn't mean you have a healthy, functioning relationship.

More like, I will get rich from selling you this book while you stay poor making marginal gains on shitty investments. It helped me understand the difference between mutual funds, index funds, and LIFECYCLE or TARGET RETIREMENT accounts. He's been featured in Fortune, the New York Times, the Tim Ferris podcast, and the Wall Street Journal. The book just tries too hard to be hip, and there is surprisingly little in this book about student loans, considering it is aimed at 20 and 30 somethings. That's how I ended up with several stints in tutoring, writing, and event planning (yes, this editor has lived many lives).

New and familiar characters abound, voiced by a bright mix of performers, including Kat Dennings, Regé-Jean Page, Emma Corrin, Michael Sheen, Kristen Schaal, Brian Cox, John Lithgow, Jeffrey Wright, and so many more, including fan-favorite narrators Simon Vance and Ray Porter.

The podcast has been so helpful for my husband and I - so much so that, if we felt more comfortable sharing our personal financial info in public, we would apply to be on the show ourselves!
