I'm 18 and have had acne for 5 years I decided to use this gel to hopefully get clear skin but every time I used it it got worse I went from 10 spots in one area to double the amount of spots making me look like one red spot on my face don't use this use anti back hand wash it works better spread it on don't get it in your eyes leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it of. Nicotinamide (4% w/w), aluminium magnesium silicate, hypromellose, citric acid, macrogol lauryl ether, ethanol and purified water. It has the little cap that is really easy to open and has been since day one (don’t you just hate when you nearly rip out your nail due to a little plastic cap? How I use it – When I first see or feel a spot coming up, I will take all my makeup off at night (as usual), and will apply a layer of the Freederm gel directly onto my spot.

Cleansing your skin helps to remove spot-causing bacteria, but this can leave your skin feeling red, tight and inflamed. Continual pressure from headbands, tight bra straps and collars can cause spots in those areas of skin. If you experience these or any other side effects while using Freederm Gel, speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist straight away. It did take a while though because of the condition my skin was in and I suffer a lot from stress so that didn't help either! It left my skin looking very red and didnt do anything in terms of getting rid of the occasional break out i face.I have to either hold back on squeezing and apply the gel, or give in to it and avoid putting the gel on that area for a couple of days. It makes me feel that little bit less worthy to be honest) and on the inside it has a little circular hole where the product can be squeezed out from. It calms my mind knowing that I have Freederm nearby just in case I get a zit and I won’t worry about the spot as much, as I know that it is dealing with it.

It's tempting, but try not to expect miracles overnight - you need to give your skin's repair process a chance to work.Quinoderm is quite drying and they recommend it for the affected area as in major breakouts rather than single spots. It says you can apply it in the morning but this isn’t a good idea as it dries white – nobody wants random white dots all over their face!it's something i would only use on the under the skin spots though – it used to clear those nasty spots with no head up in a few days! Although it doesn’t get rid of the spot completely (I am still in hope that a product that does this will soon be invented) it does, however, reduce in size and redness and is a lot better than what I would imagine leaving it without any product treatment would be like. Fact: While the peak for acne is between the ages of 14 and 17, it can remain a problem well into adulthood.

This includes some simple questions that all pharmacies legally are required to ask before supplying this kind of product. I have been using the Freederm Treatment 4% gel for the past three years now and I’m now on my third tube (I haven’t actually used a whole one up yet – its just they have expiry dates so I bin them after they’ve expired). When using on the face, take care to keep it away from the eyes and mucous membranes, including those of the nose and mouth. i thought perhaps it will get worse before it gets better but my skin is horrible and by far the worst its every been, i would not recommend this and am stopping using this gel and going back to using wich stick instead. I think the gel works best on cystic acne that is close to the skin, rather than buried deep underneath it, and best if you've just washed your face and there is no oil present. In the morning, my face didn't feel groggy or oily and my parents also noticed a difference so it must have done something! If you have combination skin but a significant amount of your face is oily I would use but keep it away from the dry patches. If truth be told, most of us just don't have the time or the patience to deal with acne and blemish problems.
