Their heavily perforated panels work very well in the heat, but the shorts also regulate temperature well when the mercury's lingering around 13-14 degrees. If you’re feeling rich – or have a sugar daddy – the Wahoo Headwind works pretty well, as it should do. You can remote control it using the Wahoo app on a smartphone, but you can set it so output is automatically controlled by your heart rate so it’s gentle when HR is low and increases progressively as it rises.

The only turbo specific clothing I have got is a Sweat Gutr Headband. Until a few years ago I didn't have that as I preferred to be outside and when I was inside I hardly sweated.
