I tried making cinnamon rolls with other flour blends, and they just didn’t work as impressively. The resulting rolls were quite dense and would go really solid once cooled.

For the best, mind-blowing results, I really recommend using the Mulino Caputo flour. However, if you are a wheat allergy sufferer or you really cannot get hold of it, then YES you can make them using any plain gluten free flour blend. Plus, a little goes a long way. Although the flour is expensive, these wraps work out at 30p each. Making them way cheaper than shop-bought gluten free wraps. Are These Wraps Dairy Free or Vegan? This recipe has been developed and tested in a Morphy Richards Fastbake breadmaker, using the Fastbake II (dark crust) setting. See notes section if you are using a different breadmaker.
