This is the same as the JW Platinum for those are are wondering, they've just changed the name again. Excelence is the word to describe JW Platinum, very delicate and smooth, aroma is fruity and nutty, notes of almonds, citrus, French vanilla, very soft finish but with character, no doubt the very best blend I’ve ever tasted, hands down better in quality and price than other whiskeys including the Blue Label. My favorite Blend “Platinum”.
